Jonathan called to advise me he was on his way. He actually arrived early which was wonderful for me. He was polite, professional and offered me several alternatives options that gave me price as well as cleaning and deodorizing option. Earlier, I removed several things that would speed up cleaning time. Once Johnathan was done, he had me walk with him into each are to be sure they were cleaned to my satisfaction. He then replaced tables & other items back to their original location and explained the drying period. He took great pride in his work and in making sure that I was happy with his work. I have another appointment scheduled for October.

Provider was able to come early but called ahead of time to make that was ok. He came in on inspected rooms and went over what would happen performed service in about 1. 5 hrs.

Keith with Sani bright called and asked if he could come early because he was ahead of schedule. That worked great for us. He arrived and was very polite and was careful to protect the hardwood floors; doors. So they wouldn’t get scratched by the hoses. Did a thorough jobs was very courteous.
