Excellent. The guys arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job. These are old hardwood floors that have definitely been lived on, so they were a challenge. We are both thrilled and amazed at the result. Not quite as good as refinishing but for less expense and hassle and beautiful resuts.

On time, friendly. Good Service. There was a discrepancy between what I was told on the phone that I would get for the Big Deal price and what they did. I was told all 1st floor carpets, and as long as they could do area rugs in the house those were included, AND 1 set of stairs. The technician told me I had to either pay extra for area rugs or stairs. I declined the stairs.

2 step process to remove build up on the floor from other products used.

They were fantastic. Jordan was friendly, efficient, explained entire process to me and did a thought job. The process took approximately 1 hr and I am extremely pleased with results. I would highly recommend Sani Bright and see why they received the Angie's List super service award in 2010 and 2011.

Used a Big Deal for mush of the carpet cleaning. Work was done well, only slight negative was that I thought the tile cleaning price was a little high. Otherwise, everything was great.

The work was performed quickly and thoroughly. The technician, Jordan, was kind and answered all my questions.

They did a great job. The carpet was only damp for three to four hours after they left.

We purchased the carpet cleaning special on line from Groupon and got the whole house cleaned for less cost than others have charges us in the past with superior results. Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning uses new truck mounted carpet cleaning system. The new equipment did a great job cleaning our carpets and all the spots some pet spots were gone when they finished. Our carpets were dry in about 4 hours which use to take days. The real test is that a month later the spots are still gone and did not return like they have in the past.

Jordan came and I gave him a tour of the job. He set up thereafter and pre-sprayed, cleaned and deodorized the carpets. He was pleased with their outcome.

I purchased a big deal through Angie's List for carpet cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jordan the technician called me before our appointment letting me know that he was caught up at his current appointment and would be here at noon. He was so punctual, he was here at 12 on the dot. When Jordan came in for the walk through he was professional, personable, we went over the concerns and he let me know that if I wanted to stay in the living room while he was cleaning all I had to do was lift my feet up! While he was cleaning the basement steps I asked if they also clean Vinyl tiles, he informed me that they did and even measured for the quote while he was down there. I let Jordan know that even though we have had this carpet down for several years we have never had it professionally cleaned. He said that with the quality of carpet and padding in our home, it should last for many more years if we continue to give it proper care. He gave me booties for my shoes, little plastic feet for the wood furniture so the stain won't get on the wet carpet and let me know how long to wait to move the furniture back. He even gave me a gift certificate for future use and a stain remover to use on any new spots that they will refill for free when it runs out! I can't say enough good things about them, what a wonderful service they performed at an excellent price and with customer service second to none!

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal to have our upstairs carpet cleaned in our new house. We hadn't moved in yet, and I'm so thankful we decided to have this done because our carpets look brand new now. We had dropped a paint roller on the carpet and I was thrilled that they were able to get the stain out. Mike showed up about 90 minutes early and we asked if we could add our downstairs carpet to our purchase, too, and he said that he didn't have time. Since he was early, this was confusing, but after calling back to the office, he changed his mind and said that he'd be happy to help. Scheduling with Karen was a breeze. She was great and very customer service oriented. From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic. We'll definitely use them again, and I've already recommended them to my parents.
