When the appointment was made, we requested an additional room & hall be done & the additional cost quoted was reasonable. The technician arrived on time and did a good job. We had already moved all the furniture totally out of the rooms to be cleaned. The tech was done in just over 1 hour, however he was unable to remove some stains in the dining room from wood stain/rust. They did state beforehand that they aren't able to get all stains out.

I called Sani-Bright to set up an appointment to pick up the rug and go over the price.They arrived on time to pick it up and told me it would be 7-10 days before re-delivery. They called me on the 10th day to say the rug was finished and we set up delivery on the same day.

The guys arrived about 5 pm and finished up about 8:15 pm; I considered that pretty good timing for the amount of work involved even though the initial estimate was a euphemistic 2 hr. Drying time varied among the different carpet types from about 4 hr to 24 hr; the initial estimate was about 2-3 hr had the weather been warm and dry. I think the estimator needs a little bit of a reality check! They did a pretty good job overall.

He gave me a great price. He was right on time. He got to work immediately. The equipment was new. The carpets were dry in a few hours. Spots have not come back.

He explained what is included (will be done) honest about some of the darker spots on wood, suggested some product to take care of old floor.

This was an Angie's list big deal, had all carpets cleaned and pet stain removed. The man who did the work was clean, polite, delight, very happy with his work. Explained clearly what he was going to do. On time.
