Technicians tested carpet, cleaned rugs/carpet, explained what they were going to do after a walk through of rooms to be cleaned. Everything went well.

I have been very pleased with both visits.

I have used them twice in the past and had no complaints with those jobs but I was disappointed in this one. This time it seems as though they were trying to get business with the Big Deal and were overwhelmed. When they came out they did a very quick job and it wasn't very thorough. There were some pet stains and high traffic areas that didn't come up. I called them to let them know and they said it was because my carpet was old, but when I used them a year ago they came up. They're prices have also gone up.

When I called Sani-Bright for carpet cleaning information, Holly did an excellent job explaining the process for cleaning my carpet. I had pet stains, and she was detailed in describing treatment of pet stains for my carpet. For the work to be done, the price was reasonable. I called other carpet cleaning companies, and they were not offering what Sani-Bright provided within the $242.00 price range. Other companies were higher. With exceptional level of customer service received, I proceeded with scheduling an appointment. Holly worked with me in scheduling a date and time that would fit within my schedule. I also received an email confirming the appointment with a detailed listing of instructions to follow that assisted the technician prior to cleaning the carpet, and assure the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. The technician did a great job cleaning my carpet. All pet stains were removed, and the carpet appeared almost new again. Everything done was as promised and completed in approximately 90 minutes. Sani-Bright (Holly) also called me after the cleaning for feedback on the service received. I really appreciated receiving a follow-up call as that is something you don't get very often. I am very happtywith the cleaning of my carpet , and the excellent customer service. I have gone ahead and scheduled an appointment for my next carpet cleaning from Sani-Bright.

Jordan called to say there was a problem with traffic and that he'd be late. I appreciate that notice. He came in, got to work, did the job well, and was very informative. I'd use them again.

I have used Sani-Bright once, and I'll probably only ever use them once. We have a very large area rug which they took out and cleaned, that was fine. They delivered it back, which was OK. They didn't get the recliner as clean as I hoped, but they did a better job than I could have done. The reason I have never filled out a report on them is because TWICE they've said they would drop off some spot cleaner the next time they were out this way. I still don't have it. They haven't fulfilled their promise. I don't remember the charge, but it was expensive. They were punctual, and professional. I will not use them again.

This was our first opportunity to use Sani Bright. We've used other companies in the past 25 years and was relatively satisfied. Since Sani Bright was offering a Big Deal we tried them out and they truly exceeded our expectations in every way. First of all Jordan was on time, very punctual, he called to say he was en route. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. He was professional in conduct and appearance. We asked approximately how long the job would take and he was accurate. We were most impressed with the drying time. It only took 3-4 hrs and that's what Jordan said but it normally takes 24 hrs to dry completely, of course the equipment and process other companies have used doesn't compare to their equipment. We'll use Sani Bright from now on! We'll also tell others about their outstanding customer service. I had purchased the big deal and had forgotten but I received a call to get us scheduled and I sincerely appreciate their follow-up calls. Great experience!
