Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Explained process. Looked at area. Cleaned and reviewed problem areas, etc. Was not clear on moving any items, but OK I understood.

Arrived early, very knowledgeable and courteous.

Justin came early and performed the job as requested.

They were a little late but they did call. They just got into a job that was tougher than they thought. I think in that business, such thing just happens. Other than that, they did a fine job.

Process went great & we will definitely use Sani bright again.

On time - good communication and overall job.

Justin called to let me know he would be 15 minutes late, but finished exactly when he said he would. Price was high and they would not match a competitor's coupon. Gave me 20% Angie's List discount and added return customer pricing for the tile instead.

Jordan was nice & explained everything very well.

Justin was prompt and professional. He assessed the job to be done and used appropriate cleaning. He was persistent to get the job done right. Reasonable price. Would recommend.

A very great experience with this company from the moment I called. Had found them in the Angie's List magazine and when I called the gal in the offiice was extremely pleasant.

I am leaving a review because despite the fact we did not use the service, they were very prompt, affordable, and thorough througout our decision making process. I will call them again the next time we need Carpet Services.

They were great called to let us know running about 10 mini late. Very polite and great job very pleased.

On time, fast, efficient and informative.

Amy at the office communicated very well, letting me know what time they would be there & the cost. Justin & Jordan showed up on time. They walked through the house & saw all the spots that needed pre-treatment & then cleaned the carpeting. They showed us the difference between before and after. Shocking! This is off-white carpeting & they did a tremendous job! Amy called me the next day (today) to make sure that we were satisfied. I will be using them from here on out! I also highly recommend them to anyone!

I have to start of saying that the office personal are very friendly and extremely helpful. But after that is when we started having problem. the gentleman showed the day agreed upon and when I asked him if he wanted to go see the repair spot before he started cleaning he said "I didn't know that I was doing repair today." I said yes, and that I had discussed at length with the lady I had set the appointment with. He said "Well, I'll check my sheet but I didn't bring my tools today." He then went out to his tuck to check his sheet. I at this point was getting upset because we were trying to sell our house and needed this repair done. He came back and said "Yep it's on there so I guess it's my fault. I'll have to tell her to start highlighting the repair work so I know to bring my tools." He ten asked if I just wanted to wait on getting my carpet cleaned until he could come back and do the repair. I was going out of town for the next three days so I said "No, let's go ahead and clean it and I'll set up the time for the repair later". He did the cleaning and I was happy with the cleaning although he used my kitchen counter and sink to mix his cleaning products without asking and that did not make me happy. That is what I have a utility sink for in my garage! When he was done cleaning and was driving off one of my sons and I found cleaning product and part of the vacuum he had left so my son ran out the door chasing the truck down the street to make sure that the company had their things. I then set an appointment to have the carpet repair done for a week later. The same gentleman came out for the repair. We supplied that carpet and he was going to pull up the replacement pad from a closet. I left him alone to do his work and so that I could work since I had already taken off work twice for this. When he was done he said "Well I did the best I could. But your carpet is really hard to work with because it is a Berber." I looked at the repair and made it clear that i was not really happy but that I would consult with my husband. I paid and he left. I called the office after my husband had looked at it to let them know I was not happy. The carpet looked like it had been cut in a lot of sections and stuck in, and not well. They said they would send the gentleman out again to look at it to see what he could do. TWO WEEKS LATER! So he came back out and said again that it was my carpets fault because it is a berber and that he could try to take his glue gun and glue the carpet together with that or he could give me my money back. We went for the money. Just a note that I did Goggle berber carpet repair and the internet says that it is the easy to repair. But hay, I guess you can't believe everything you read. I did get my money back for the repair but the gentleman who was out had a bit of an attitude that I had bothered him yet again with my carpet. In all if you just need your carpet cleaned they may do fine but if you need a repair go elsewhere!

Sani-Bright arrived on-time, was courteous and very professional. He performed the service - very well; best the carpets have ever looked. From start to finish, the company was very helpful and extremely courteous. I'll definitely look to them again to clean my carpets. I was so impressed with their service. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Communication and follow up was excellent. They did a great job while they were here and were very flexible.

Tech was on time, friendly and professional. Job went quickly and thoroughly!

They were late but emailed me to let me know prior to arriving. He walked through the space to see what needed to be cleaned and where the spots were. Then he performed the cleaning, walked through the services provided, then removed his equipment.

The individual was professional and performed his duties well. He gave me a courtesy call before arrival and performed his duties in a timely manner. Additionally, he educated me on carpet care.

Karen (at Sani-Bright) was very personable and worked hard to schedule my job asap. She was able to fit me in the very next evening. Brian and Brian (yep, two Brians!) arrived on time prepared to get to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. The worst carpet was a white one in the bedroom that had noticeable gray traffic patterns. When the room was finished there was no sign of the traffic areas. The carpet looked almost brand new. I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

Mike was on time to the minute, very professional, and courteous. He finished in less time than I expected and the price was very reasonable. A very nice job was done. In fact, he did extra to ensure cleanliness.
