Jordan was prompt & courteous. He allayed all fears I had about my dog urinating on my carpet. My carpet looks & smells great! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Ben was here on schedule for AM instead of PM, but my place changed for it worked out. He came promptly and got the job done in one hour. He was friendly and gave professional service.

The cleaners arrived on time and were professional, courteous and friendly. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the carpets looked great. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time I used them was to clean my carpets after a another company I had hired did not do a good job. Sani-Bright did not disappoint then and they did not disappoint this time! My carpets were clean and smelled fresh. I will be calling them again!

An appointment was made on the phone. Very helpful and pleasant office personnel. Email follow up with helpful pre-visit preparation tips. The technician arrived promptly, was very nice and informative.

Technician came on time and 2 hours later was finished. Cleaned 3 area rugs, too.

Would not use again. Very nice gentlemen. Performed work in all areas. When going over some areas that I pointed out as stains in the carpet earlier, they were not removed (I later removed them easily myself without any equipment). The carpet I had them clean came back not cleaned. There were bits of dried rice attached to it and a red stain that I had asked for them to try to remove was still there. The guy who took it to the shop said he cleaned it himself and offered to bring it back to be cleaned (it had taken very long to get it back in the first place). I was so disgusted at the service I refused the offer. I brought it to another service provider, Fabric Experts, that I have used before and they removed the stain and made it clear to me that the rug had never been cleaned. Would not use again. Very disappointing.
