We just closed on our new house and wanted to give the carpets a good cleaning before we moved in our furniture. Scheduling the cleaning was a breeze over the phone with Karen. Knew we needed quite a bit done so we used the Angie's List coupon for 3 hours of cleaning for $280. The morning of the cleaning, Ben showed up right on time in a brand new truck and quickly went about his business. Ben was very honest about the spots that cleaning would be unlikely to take care of and didn't try to sale us unnecessary treatments. Nearly 3 hours later, all of the carpets looked fresh and many spots and discolored areas were gone! Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sani-Bright.

The receptionist was great at explaining everything. The technicians were a little late but called in advance and explained that there would be 2 people coming not just one so they would finish in plenty of time for me to go to work. They did a great job of cleaning everything--the only thing that surprised me was that they didn't move the recliner chair--nor did they ask if I wanted moved. I couldn't move it in advance because they were cleaning it ---It doesn't fit down the hallway out of that bedroom so it would have been a pain to move it out of the bedroom and we couldn't put it up on the bed because they had to clean it. Everything else was done fantastic and the receptionist even called me the next day to ask how it went ( I didn't realize they didn't move the chair until we went to put all the furniture back a few days later. Overall I am very happy with their service--I just didn't know "carpet cleaners generally don't move furniture" new learning curve for me.

Our furnace company was doing routine maintenance on the furnace while Sani-Bright was cleaning the floors. When the furnace guy went out to clean filters somehow a pipe burst and water began to flood the basement. Sani-Bright also does water restoration so they went downstairs and helped out with that situation. He did a great job and we really appreciated his help. He did a really nice job cleaning the floors as well.
