Good friendly and helpful service. We have used this company before and will continue to do so.

We called and they gave us a rough estimate and we set a date to take the rugs to them. After the technician looked them over, they gave us the real cost, which was about the same as the estimate. They completed the job in the estimated time, and we picked them up. their place is a little difficult to find.

They were very easy to work with. They took area rugs off-site for cleaning. They came back in excellent shape. The ceramic floor cleaning was very good.

Although I had cleaned the carpets with a machine myself several times this was the first time they had been professionally cleaned in the 8 years we've lived in the house. The job was made even more challenging thanks to urine stains left in numerous locations by two very elderly cats. Our Sani-Bright cleaning professional was Jordon. He was very thorough about locating and treating the urine stains which were worse than we realized. He was extremely patient with our cats, making sure they didn't get outside. And the carpet looks (and smells) amazing! Jordan also cleaned and conditioned a leather chair in our den and took ten years off its age! And, of course, the wool area rug looks terrific. Every conversation I've had with office staff/schedulers Karen and Amy has been enjoyable and professional. This is a great company to do business with - thank you Sani-Bright!

They showed up on time and got it cleaned quickly. The carpet was perfect. I had them aspect treat a chair Ottoman. it left water mark. When they came back to return my rig they re cleaned the chair & ottoman at no change. They turned out great.

Jordan called & said he would be about 15 minutes late - which was great communications - cleaned scotch guard.

Contacted Karen early on Monday to request expedited service. Karen got back with me right away and was able to schedule us for Wednesday. The crew was professional, on-time, and did a thorough job with spot treatment and cleaning. Great experience - would recommend.

Did a great job. Talked with the rep for a while he was friendly and joked around for a minute then got straight to work. Very prompt.

It went very well. Arrived on time, went over the layout and treated stains. Every area was cleaned thoroughly. Went over drying area after done instructions.

First time experience with this company and will use them again. Impressed with the technician who came to do the work starting with his calling 5 minutes before the appointment time to tell me he'd be a few (turned out to be less than 10) minutes late. He walked through the house explaining what he'd be doing and got right to work. Worked hard and did a good job, protecting the house walls and corners from his equipment where necessary. Upon completion, went over a couple of worn spots he identified as well as all services available from Sani-Bright and left the house and carpets looking great.

Jordan called before he got here and said he was running about 15 minutes late - great communications letting the client know he would be there He came in walked thru the house - evaluated everything, had to add the cost of doing a 2nd hallway, which I had forgot when I got the quote. Cost was reasonable

They cleaned the carpet for the entire townhome for a very reasonable price. The person setting up the appointment was very courteous and professional. There as some spots that are not as clean as I would like them to be (under the door, some parts of the stairs) but overall they did a really good job cleaning the carpet.
