They did a great job cleaning everything. Very thorough job finding and treating pet stains. Showed up as promised and very professional.

I was very reluctant initially to write this review because my first go around didn't go well, but it ended wonderfully! When my carpets were first cleaned by this company my carpets were really wet. Some spots stayed wet for nearly a week. It was a very humid time of the year, and we had our AC at 74. When I called to ask about this finally I was told that our AC should have been turned down to 66 (or something like this), but I wasn't told this at the time of my appointment. As the carpets dried I had some largish areas in the hall carpet that looked dirty, and it got worse and worse. I know now that this was because of "wicking" from the pad, but I didn't understand it at the time. I just knew that it looked awful. Last night another technician was sent back for a re-do, and now my carpets look beautiful. He explained to me how all this happened, and he got out the dark spots completely, AND he touched up some other spots that had been missed the first time around. I am now completely happy with the results, and I can see that this is a company who cares that the customer is satisfied with the work done. Their customer service is excellent, and both technicians were so courteous. I think maybe the first technician might have been a newish employee, and because of the humidity this created a perfect storm. But they were so attentive to me and to my problem that I ended up being very satisfied. I will use this company again because I see that they do take so much pride in their work.

Wonderful! He came on time, asked me questions about what I wanted cleaned and if there were any areas that needed special attention, and got right to work! My carpets look amazing! He did our Great Room, our upstairs hallway and a couple of bedrooms upstairs. I asked him if he could focus on the entryways of the bedrooms where there were traffic areas and they look perfect! I could not be happier!

This was not my first experience with Sani-Bright. Once again, they did a great job! Kyle was great. Got right to work. Everything looks great! Will use again!

One person came and did everything! My carpets were very dirty and they made them loook like new. It was well worth it!

Kyle was on time and explained and reviewer the process and costs. He also answered questions and was very careful & professional.

I was not very satisfied. I feel like they may have charged me a little much. They charged me for cleaning the hallway and my steps differently. When they finished washing, they informed me to leave the fan on for 48 hours. I also had to have the air on at 70 degrees. I began to smell a weird smell, almost like mold the next day. I waited a couple more days to call them back. They came back put to put deodorant on my carpet. After they put the deodorant on my carpet, I did not have any other issues with smell. I had to put a humidifier on the carpet as well.

My tech, Jonathan, was very thorough in explaining the process of what he could do to help me. He also explained the fee for services before performing any work. Moved the objects with my permission to give him more access to the area and replaced when done. Explained a couple of areas that I need to pay attention to on the carpet for the future. I also had a room deodorized due to pet smells. Happy with the results and will use this company in the future.

Christian arrived exactly on time and was courteous and professional. Did the job in about an hour. Picked up hoses and equipment and left with area rug that will be cleaned at plant.

All items were cleaned as promised arrived a little late, but called to let us know.
