I was very satisfied with the work. The drying time took a little longer than I was told, but I just had everyone take off their shoes until it dried. I received a 20% discount because I was an Angie's List customer, and received a thank you in the mail from the company plus some valuable coupons for friends and neighbors.

Technicians arrive on time. We had gotten ready for the clean by moving furniture to other rooms to make it easy.. Sani-Bright did not have to move any furniture. They did an immediate review of the areas, living, dining, stairway and 2 bedrooms. They worked diligently for just over an hour. We had just moved into this house and the carpet had been cleaned by a rental machine before we arrived. There were many large stains that leached up from that cleaning and the carpet was a mess from the move in process. All those stains were removed and better yet they have a 10 day guarantee for any stains that return. We were left with a bottle of spot treatment that can be refilled for free! Three stains resurfaced within days. I tried the cleaner on them and it took care of one. I called the company to have someone return and spot treat which they did and refilled my spot cleaner bottle. I found Sani-Bright to be efficient and good quality. I will use them again when we clean the other side of the duplex in the near future. I also received a thank you note. I was surprised and appreciated that gesture.

From the first conversation with Amy through to the actual cleaning process, the entire carpet-cleaning (and subsequent upholstery cleaning) experience was extremely satisfying! The technicians, especially Ben, were meticulous. The results were beyond our expectations and we have already told them that we will hire them again next year.

Went well, Jordan's demeanor was very professional, he was knowledgeable, gave a thorough cleaning and gave me some good input for future care. UPDATE: I wrote another review for this company, and requested a POH because of their responsiveness when, shortly after my carpets were cleaned, my housecleaning service spilled a bucket of floor cleaning solution on my hall carpet. Sani-Bright sent a separate crew to rinse and extract the cleaning solution. They did a great job! (Sorry, I didn't know that Angie's List would not accept another review until 6 months had lapsed. I consider this to be arbitrary, since there were actually three separate and distinct services performed and I believe I should be able to rate all three.) And by the way, the acrylic rug that they cleaned looked better than new when they returned it to me. I am very happy with this company and I emphasize my highest recommendation. Thank you! I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know.
