Techs called and advised he was running late. Techs did a great job on the carpets. Techs were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Jordan was late but called ahead to tell me, which I appreciated. He is always friendly but professional and does a great job! I will continue to ask for him. He recommended a brand of carpeting for our basement, very helpful!

Jordan was approximately on time, he worked quickly once he had checked all the areas and explained what he needed to do pet stains. I was glad to get the email with invoice estimate prior to the visit once it was scheduled.

The technician arrived on time and was professional, clean-cut, and courteous. He explained all the procedures thoroughly and answered all my questions. He pre-treated the carpet with a mild detergent, cleaned the carpet, and then applied a surface protectant to the carpet. I was very pleased to see that the mild stains on my carpet all disappeared and have not resurfaced. My carpets had not been cleaned for years, and now they look almost new. I also received a bottle of spot remover solution as well as pamphlets about other services the company offers. The quality of work was excellent, the technician was pleasant, and I definitely will be using Sani-Bright again.

Technician cleaning my carpets was professional, courteous, and prompt. He did a great job at cleaning my carpets. I had a large stain in my upstairs hallway that was several years old that a previous cleaning wasn't able to remove. He noticed the stain and spent some time to try and remove it. I was very surprised that he was able to remove a lot of the stain considering how long it had been there. I was very happy with the work and would use again. Thank you!

I was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my call. They called when they were 20 minutes from my house. They carefully inspected the carpet for any unusual stains or discoloration. They expalined the procedure and went over the charges with me before they started. They were completely done in a little under 2 hours. They did a wonderful job, got most of the stains out (there is a bad wear pattern from the garage thru the family room into the kitchen that is hard to get completely clean), and cleaned up the little moisture that ended up on the hardwoods. They put foam under the couch legs and moved the tables back, placing plastic under the table legs. They talked about the other services offered by their company, thanked me for my business, and were gone. They were very polite, professional, and personable. Not too chatty, got right to work after the initial walk thru, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

They did wonderful job!! Technicians, Brian and John, did the carpet cleaning. The two guys are great!! The carpet was really messed up by the tenants. It looked extremely dirty. I thought that I had to replace all of them. After the cleaning, I was totally surprised and amazed. It looks really good. It saves lots of money for me.
