John arrived promptly and introduced himself, completed his work in a fashion. We talked for a while before he left. John is a very friendly person.

I am in the process of moving into my home, and the people that lived there before me had a dog, and boy could you smell it! I had 3 rooms of carpet to be deep cleaned and remove that awful pet odor. The gentlemen that came were very professional and did a tremendous job. When they were finished, the carpet looked brand new and smelled fresh and clean. I couldn't wait to finally be able to walk barefoot on it! They even gave me an estimate on cleaning my ceramic tile, which I will definitely call them if I decide to have it professionally done. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We were so pleased with the results! Jordan arrived promptly, explained what the process would be and we were able to add the bedroom and upstairs bonus room to the job. Originally it was going to be the living room and master bedroom, but we realized that we needed more done. We had some very tough pet and wine spots and he did a great job on everything. We appreciated Jordan's help and explanations. He left us with a spot cleaner (we need it!) and with help on how to maintain the carpet Jordan was very professional and a very hard worker. We will definitely call Sani-Bright again for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Thank you for a great looking house!

Ben is a very nice young man and did a very professional job, although he might do well to be a little less talkative. I had moved out my computer desk and in moving it back, I lost the internet and Ben checked all connections and we got it back. There was a red wine stain that came up without special treatment. There was one stain that appeared after cleaning that neither of us noticed at the time, and I only discovered the following morning when there was more light. They suggested I try the stain remover that they left (and will refill whenever I need it), which I will do soon. This company is very concerned about doing a super job.
