Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Ben was great to have working in my house. He was punctual, called ahead, and respectful. The service proceeded efficiently and I feel confident my carpet was well cleaned. Too early to tell if pet urine smell is gone. Will know in a week.

I called Sani-bright to try to eliminate a mildew smell in the basement carpet. We were going to sell the house and we wanted to clean the carpet rather than buy a new one. She (Lori) assured me that if they didn't think they could get it clean they would tell me before they did it.They quoted me a price of $110. Then they changed the date to a time I could not be there. I had specifically asked if they came to Mooresville and they said yes. Then they told me to call a restoration place in Mooresville which I did. The restoration company told me to call Sani-brite back to clean the carpet because their price was better. I called Sani-brite back to make the appointment and they raised the price to $120-$140. We agreed to the price and time. They came and cleaned the carpet. They charged us $140. The next morning the carpet had big brown spots everywhere and was far worse than before they cleaned it. We called them back two times and they said they would call us, which we thought they never did. They called my husband's phone and we did not get the messages. There was a miscommunication and a misunderstanding around the block. However, they were willing to work with us and even offered to give us all of our money back. Also, they removed the spots from the carpet and because they were willing to rectify the situation we agreed to accept only half of the refund. It turned out that they do seem to take care of their customers and they did appreciate my business.
