Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Jordan was very thorough. Went over stains that didn't come out completely. Carpets overall look great after 11 years.

Ben called to say he was on the way. Explained what stains would not be perfect. Also, he gave me great advice on vacuum cleaners.

When calling to make an appointment I spoke with Karen, she was very professional. Sani-Bright also sends a confirmation email with the quote that was discussed during the call, which is nice. After they had cleaned all of the above, I noticed that they didn't clean the carpet underneath the recliner couch and loveseat. I called Karen and she explained due to the recliner type couches that when you wet the floor underneath them it could rust the metal and leave marks on the carpet that would not come out. With the explanation I understood why they didn't do it. Karen did offer for them to spot clean the areas under the couches when they come to drop off the area rug that they are cleaning. Sani-Bright also waived the pick up and delivery fee on the area rug they are cleaning. I would definitely recommend contacting them to anyone who is interested in getting their carpet, furniture, etc. cleaned.

Jon arrived within the time frame we were given. He explained what he would be doing, etc. He did a great job.

Very well, we planned to calla few first and price check but upon calling Sani-Bright we learned we knew one of the owners from a bank relationship. She gave excellent service at the bank so we decided not to make any other calls and we were not disappointed. They were professional from start to finish and did a good job.

Worked diligently - did odor/pet stained area x2. Carpets were very dirty - very professional, polite, office also very helpful, polite.

My first cleaning at this location in 19 years. Great job cleaning. Called about a few spots. They came right back out & treated them with something else. They are lighter, but still there. Most of them had been there for years. Overall my carpet looks terrific

The technician arrived 15 minutes early (after calling to make sure it was ok). He explained everything very well. Jon did a tremendous job! It looks great!

It went well. He was able to come ealry and finish ealry. We smlled something at one end of couch, but didn't know the source. He put a special treatment on both the couch and surrounding carpet at no added charge.

Perfect as always. I really enjoy Jon, and he does a great job explaining what les doing and very personable.

Extremely professional, timely, and job well done. Our carpets were filthy from spills and everyday traffic. They look so much better!

I booked Sani Bright to come out and remove a very large hot pink nail polish stain in our master bedroom. I honestly didn't think they would be able to take it out and they DID!! It is completely gone and I am overly impressed. Ben was our service technician and he was very friendly. Since they were able to remove the stain I went ahead and had them clean all of the upstairs carpets and stairs. The carpets look great!! There were a few small light stains throughout the upstairs and all of them are gone. The appointment was confirmed via email, the lady on the phone was very friendly and I got a follow up thank you card for my business. I would definitely recommend Sani Bright and I am keeping them on my list to use again in the future!

John could tell I was stressed because my house had so many projects going on at once. By the time he left my stress level went from a 10 to 2! He took care of what he came to do. I love when you call for service and you get more than you asked for.

Service provider was prompt courteous knowledgeable and caring about the quality of service.

They were very attentive to details and did a good job of not tearing anything up. They made sure the hose did not rub up against the door frames. They are very knowledgeable about carpets. They were punctual and took care of my property while they were here. This was the first time I had used their service.

Serviceman was on time polite and professional. I had approx 2500sq ft of carpet to clean plus 2 staircases. I had two stains on living room carpet that came up but reappeared after carpet dried. I was hoping for a much improved look to the carpet but it just wasn't there. He only makes one pass over each spot so I wondered if that is really enough. They do have some incredible equipment but to go at that fast of a pace did not feel like it was truly getting as clean as I expected. I had them clean the kitchen tile because I was told they could get the grout clean and looking new. That did not happen. My grout looks the same as before. I did not call them back to clean stains again so that is on me. The service man said he couldn't do anything about the grout, but that was the only reason I had them clean tile. Very nice people just did not feel like the end result was anything close to lady on phone said they could do.

Checked Angie's List, chose Sani-Bright, called & w/in a few days rep came out & made estimate. Cleaning process for rugs & prices were acceptable. Returned clean carpets & proceeded to clean upholstered items. Great job.

Jordan arrived promptly, explained the process and got right to work - the carpets look great! I will definitely use them again!
