Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

The entire process was first class. When calling they were extremely professional and was able to provide a quote. The day of the service the gentleman that did the cleaning was prompt and did a great job. He provided great feedback on the condition of the carpet. I am extremely happy with the work that they performed and would highly recommend them.

John called ahead to let us know his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and worked quickly and professionally. He offered to move our smaller pieces back for us since we had already moved things out. John did a great job!

It went very well. The technician was great. He showed up on time and the carpet looks great!

I asked for a quote over the phone for a living room, family room, and dining room area. Including pet order removal, and a love seat and sofa. Initial quote was about $450. I pre-marked problem pet areas the night before. Gentleman came out, on time, and went over the carpet with his own backlight. Pre-marking helped, but he was able to get a better idea of what he needed to do. Quote was adjusted up to $550. He figured needed a lot more of the pet urine neutralizer. While the extra cost was unexpected, I understood. The person on the phone underestimated what I'd need, and probably should have been more clear in saying that the service personnel on site would evaluate and might suggest additional product. He spent a fair amount of time going over the carpet, cushions, and in the end I thought it was fine. He even managed to get some stubborn glue out of a cushion. Later that day though I noticed an area that my wife had spilled coffee on previously, and we had cleaned up, had become quite dark. I didn't recall it looking like that prior to cleaning, so I called Sani-Bright back up and let them know. We scheduled a followup visit for the following week. Different gentleman came out this time. Apologized for having to come out but did suggest that the initial treatment may have brought some of the coffee out of the carpet. He retreated, sprayed it with some additional chemical that is supposed to work on coffee, and retreated some of the pet locations with an additional neutralizer. This was all free of charge, followup to to the initial visit. The coffee stain spot came out beautifully, and the rest of the carpet was quite fine. Managed to get most of the odor out of the carpet,

John was on time, polite and very efficient. He cleaned everything we had in the house in well under the allotted time.

Satisfied overall with work performed. Hoped to have seen better results with the grout cleaning. I realize white grout is difficult to clean.

Jordan did a great job. We are moving and selling the house. I was not sure that it was worth cleaning some of the carpets which were over 10 years old and had a lot of problems or if we should just replace. Jordan looked at one of the rooms which had paint on the rug (never let your children paint their room themselves ) and told me that he couldn't save it which I appreciated as I did not want to pay to clean it and then have to rip it out. Another room that I was doubtful about he saved completely. While he was there I asked him if he had time to do the carpeted stairs and he said yes. They looked great when he was done. All in all a great job. I plan to use them here at my new house.

Arrived early w/ call ahead, carpet cleaned w/o issue.

Carpet was only a few months old, but we had some bad experiences with contractors after the carpet installation and the carpet was tracked on by several of them. Additionally, we had a dog who had a bad night in one room due to a storm and they were able to remove the stains.

Spent a lot of time getting tough stains out. Very personable.

The first thing Ben did was ask me what areas I wanted cleaned and any areas that I wanted him to focus on. He was professional and got right to business which I appreciated because the time right before Christmas is hectic. |I also appreciated how helpful and kind the lady was who scheduled the appt time for me. I called at the last minute needing our carpets cleaned ASAP, not only did she figure out a way to help me, she did it kindly and didn't make me feel bad for not calling sooner, as I should have!! |The only thing I might say is they told me my carpets would be dry to walk on in 4-6 hrs, they didn't dry to walk on for at least 24 hrs.
