Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

It was very good. Their price was good. I would recommend them. They were very diligent about their work and they are proud of what they do. They have great customer service. I didn’t remember them being late.

We were getting our house ready to be put on the market and our realtor recommended Sani-Bright as the best carpet cleaners in the area. They certainly lived up to her estimation. The office staff was very efficient and thorough; the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable; and, they got rid of some stains that had been with us for years, in spite of frequent cleanings! Our older carpet looks very, very presentable. They have a policy that allows for a return visit within 10 days if a stain re-appears. One did so and they were able to treat it as well. Plus, they left a small bottle of their "magic" cleaning solution for me to use! Their price may be a little higher than other companies I have used, but it is definitely worth the extra cost.

I’ve had them here a couple of times and they were good. I had a good experience. They’re a little bit on the expensive side. They were prompt.

Karen at Sani-Bright answered our initial phone inquiry. She was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. She provided an estimate for requested work without the square footage that proved remarkably accurate. The work was scheduled for a time and date that was convenient for our family. The technicians arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. They provided a realistic assessment of which stains could be fully cleaned versus partially cleaned. They were professional and worked without a break the entire time they were in our home. We are pleased with how our clean our carpets are after their visit. Note that the cost is more than many other providers but we felt the quality of service was worth the increased price.

The Tech was very personable, and arrived on time. He cleaned all of the capets, and most of our furniture and cleaned up after he was done. Will use this company in the future.

I am a return customer to Sani Bright because of the excellent service and results they provide. Jonathan did a WONDERFUL job on the carpets! He was personable, incredibly professional, efficient and the results were astounding. The carpet is located in a rental apartment and we were unsure if or when the carpets had ever been cleaned. There were large brown stains in a couple of obvious areas that I hoped would lighten but never assumed would actually come out. Jonathan got them both out. Completely. There were a couple of closets that had heavy window air conditioning units in them that I said was ok to skip - but he insisted on moving them out and giving them the extra TLC that musty closets need. He applied spot treatments before to all the stains and heavily deodorized the closets. He cleaned all areas thoroughly and also applied a floral scent that have made the carpets smell better than new. Sani Bright continues to impress. It went very well. They only problem we had was there was some leakage of oil from the machine when cleaning the carpet. There were two little oil spots but i had a spot cleaner that took it off. We were generally pleased.

I was buying new furniture so took the time for a cleaning. Arrived on time. They were professional and helpful. Carpet looked great. I would use them again.

We've used Sani-Bright several times to clean our carpets and they have done a great job each time. We just had them out to clean our leather sofa and love seat. Jordan has been our technician every time we have used Sani-Bright and he is professional, knowledgeable and has good people skills. He has always been on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. I was especially pleased with our leather furniture after it was cleaned. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I have no problem referring friends or relatives to Sani-Bright and will personally use them in the future.

The cleaning, from scheduling to finish was very well done. The scheduler was very friendly. The technician was helpful with his comments regarding carpet care and did an excellent job removing old stains that no one had been able to clean. The entire carpeting looked shades lighter. This company uses an enzyme cleaner versus chemical agents, also a plus.
