They did an outstanding job. Moved furniture for me and got some spots and stains removed. It looks beautiful and Jon did exceptional work.

They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Very professional.

Great. All carpets and areas were cleaned in a timely manner. Also, quote was upfront and no additional cost when technicians came.

Ended up working with another vendor but this vendor was very professional, and courteous to work with to obtain a quote. Based upon my interaction with them and their ratings, I would not hestitate to use them in the future. The only reason I did not select them is another vendor was able to perform another service at the same time so it was more convenient for me to utilize the other vendor.

They were awesome, explained everything and help me get the best deal. Even took time to explain over the phone to my boyfriend.

Jon was very thorough and professional. He let me know up front which stains he expected to come out without a problem, and which ones may not (some laundry detergent spilled next to a washer and dryer located in our bedroom closet). I think he made our carpets look better than I even remember them looking! We had an evening appointment, and he knew I was going to be at book club, so he texted me to let me know how the job went and that he was heading out.

Sani Brite cleaned carpet in one of my rental units. The service person who came out (Devon??) called ahead as I requested and arrived promptly. He did a great job on the carpet and even got out a stain that I did not think would come out. He was very personable and when I find the card with his name on it, I would request him again. They are priced right and do quality work.

I think I found them on Angie's List. We're very pleased with them. I thought their price was reasonable and I might have actually done a special deal I found on Angie's List. I recall we're able to get them for a hurry-up job and they were able to get us in promptly. I will definitely use them again.
