Desmond explained the whole process patiently, no matter how many times I asked him. He pretreated, deodorized, cleaned and protectant was applied. All spots that had stains were cleaned. Home smells good. Overall it was great!

We have been using Sani-Bright to clean our area rugs and carpets for about 3 years. The staff are great and the work they do is first-rate. This time they did area rugs. Last time one of the guys worked several hours on pet stain removal on carpets. Always appreciate the friendliness of the staff, including Karen in the office and the guys picking up and returning the rugs are very helpful with moving furniture, etc. I have great confidence in this company and the quality of their work.

I love Sani-Bright. From the appointment process to the technician service, these guys are super. I have 4 dogs, and they were to be away at the groomers. Karen worked out the schedule...called me back, having had to spend time doing it...to accommodate the dogs being away. The technicians always call to alert me that they are on their way, and ETA. They are courteous, and professional. The work is great. I rated a bit lower on price due to the fact that the Micro Seal service was $150/chair...I found that a bit high. However, the technician explained that the seal is permanent, and guaranteed, and Sani Bright is obligated to charge the fee required due to the licensing agreement. The chairs look wonderful, and I am hopeful the sealant helps with 16 paw prints on them! I always use Sani Bright for my cleaning needs...they also offer many services including grout cleaning which I will use.

The service team was punctual and professional. My wife felt comfortable with the team of 2 in our home while she was there with our 6 month old daughter. Initially I was disappointed by their inability to clean the dirt that had accumulated along the edges of the carpet on our stairs. However, the post service follow up call person explained that this is a common issue and that it's not something that can be cleaned by any professional cleaning service.

Kyle called the morning of the service to advise us of his arrival time. He was neat and professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do and explained the services. The previous owners of our house had pets and Kyle used a black light to find any evidence of pet stains. Yay, for us, he only found two and treated them for us. He was efficient and was finished in less than two hours. He explained other services available for future use on upholstery, rugs, wooden floors, etc. I am exceptionally affected adversely by smells and I am quite happy to report that the cleaning leaves no odor. The carpets were not overly wet as I have experienced with other carpet cleaners and dried within a few hours completely. Kyle took the time to warn us not to step on the wet carpets and then on a hard surface, which I really appreciated since I am recovering from a fall in May. We will use Sani-Bright in the future and have recommended them to our daughters and friends.
