They do a great job - the carpets look wonderful. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable - I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Wonderful. Jon was very helpful and did a beautiful job on everything. A different carpet cleaning company had said I needed to replace the carpet but Jon got out all of the spots and the carpet looks great. So does the sofa. I'm very pleased with the results, which far exceeded my expectations.

The title in the big deal said floor refinishing. They came out and it was to clean but not sand the floors-- the floors needed more extensive work. Therefore, the service was not needed and could be better described as deep cleaning rather than refinishing. The company was very professional and fair.

The service person they sent, Kyle, was very conscientious, personable, professional and took the extra time to address a couple of areas of concern and he was successful in removing almost all of them. I will use Sani-Brite again! Kyle is a great asset to the company!

We had all carpets "cleaned" in the house. I was told on the phone while speaking with Karen ( owner) that they would make a good attempt to clean carpets along the edge where they were noticeably a darker color. When the tech arrived (30 minutes early which I didn't appreciate while trying to move small items out of the way and vacuum per instructions), he firmly informed me that the dark color along the baseboard edge would NOT come clean. He spent 1 hr. cleaning the carpets and then at the end of the "service" informed me that the truck he had for the day was the back-up truck, the normal one was out of service and consequently the water used to " clean" my carpets was 180 degrees instead of 250 degrees but he said probably wouldn't make much difference !! Huh ???? Also, this truck didn't have a large water capacity for so he had to use my hose and water and then he disposed of the dirty water down the toilet. Don't waste your money on this company.......sorry that we did. This is an update to this review...... The owner of the company called me after this review appeared. Karen King apologized the service did not meet our expectations and generously offered a partial refund for the carpet cleaning. I appreciated the call to discuss the experience.

Wow! Jon was fantastic! He walked through each room informing us how he will treat each area. The carpets look fantastic! He cleaned up our hard woods from any wet areas. We will be calling again. Thank you!

Jordan arrived on time, took great care and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets.

The first time they came to my house, they were a couple hours late due to the prior customer asking to have extra services performed. The gentleman showed me with a black light all the pet stains on the carpet in one of my bedrooms, but I asked him to only treat the ones that were visual to the naked eye. He estimated that he would have to use 2 gallons of their special pet stain cleaning solution to work on the areas I wanted treated. Unfortunately, the stains were not removed any better than I had been able to do with over the counter products, so the carpet doesn't look any better than it did before they cleaned. He explained that there was no guarantee that they would be able to remove the stain, but they would get all the odor out (which I didn't smell anyway), but possibly my dog could smell where she had had accidents before, and that's why she returned to the same area a 2nd time. Anyway, after the carpet dried,it looked like the area he had treated with the special pet stain remover solution had bleached out my carpet. So, I called Sani-Fresh back to come back out and check the areas affected. They sent another technician out 2 days later, and he was also about 1 hr. late. He said the whitish look to the carpet was actually residue still in the carpet from the pet stain remover. He re-rinsed the carpet in that bedroom, and it looks okay now. However, I still have the ugly pet stains. My carpets were not dirty since I live by myself, so they didn't really need cleaned. The only reason I had Sani-Fresh clean my carpet was for the purpose of getting rid of the pet stains, so I'm not really very happy. I understand, however, that they cannot guarantee that they will be able to get rid of a stain.

Jon was early, but called ahead of time. He went through the process, looked over rugs and started to clean. Afterwards, inspected the job together and told us about what we can do to keep up the rugs, etc.

He called to see if he could come a little earlier-I appreciated that, was very clear about what would be done. Asked about spots & pet stains; helped me with a couple things I was unable to do by myself. Picked up 2 large rugs for cleaning at their center.

Did a really good job cleaning carpets--previous homeowner was smoker with two dogs and a cat which apparently had a lot of accidents. Carpet was in pretty poor condition, but the tech worked really hard to remove the dirt and stains. Not all stains came up, but it was not from a lack of effort. Scheduling was a breeze.

It went very well and great service.
