they showed up on time explained how the job would be done. I added an extra cleaning item that was ok. did't take all that long.Told me about how long for drying and the carpet looked brighter. Happy!

Superior in every way. When I called for an appointment, she was courteous and informative. Jonathan, my technician, was prompt and thorough and did a great job. He finished in less than two hours. I was told that they are the only providers in the state who use their carpet protectant. I'll definitely use them again and encourage you to do the same.

They were excellent. I had some pet stains that had been there for a few years and told the tech to do the best he could. I came home to new carpet.

Hired the company for carpet cleaning for an entire house before we move in. They were very responsive and get us on the calendar right away. Called beforehand to let us know they were on their way. One guy of the two men crew did not show up, so this one person (I did not get his name) cleaned the entire house including basement by himself. He was very professional and did a really good job with several spots and heavy traffic areas. Very pleased with their service. We will definitely use them again.

Despite our house having fairly new carpet, the previous homeowners had five (!) Bernese Mountain Dogs, so we wanted to have our carpets refreshed and hardwoods cleaned as well! We found Sani-Bright through Angie's List a few years ago and each experience has been great. This particular service, my husband let them in and worked outside while they did their work. The carpets looked and smelled great! Drying is a quick and easy process. I like that they use environmentally friendly products and that I do not have to worry about my kids or pets touching the floors after service. We'll use them again in the near future!

Everything from start to finish could not have gone better. Caitlin who took my call helped me find the correct services I needed for my home and was very professional in helping us get service scheduled. Christian, the technician who performed the cleaning, was the definition of professional and considerate from the moment he got to our home. He covered his shoes before entering the home which was important as we have a new baby crawling around. He also asked great questions and provided some tips and tricks to helping keep the carpets clean and getting spots up. Overall I could not have been happier with their service and will definitely contact them again in the future for our carpet cleaning needs.

I called on Saturday 2/18/17 during their hours... left a voicemail and called multiple times and never received a call back or anyone answer their phone. The business went to ChemDry today.

If you are having pet stains removed on dark carpet, just be careful.

Great, I originally messaged them from Angie's List and heard back within 3 minutes. Explained I needed the cleaning done asap and I understood if they could not accommodate given the short notice. The receptionist put me on hold, only to come back and tell me they would squeeze me in. (THANK YOU!) Day of the cleaning, Christian the technician called on his way was extremely professional and explained all of the products. Very good experience, will use again.

The company was great! The cleaning technician arrived on time and walked us through the rooms. The estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Very courteous and professional.

Great experience. Very easy to communicate with, came on time and gave a heads up call that they were coming the day of service. The technician who came out could not have been a nicer guy and was very helpful in answering some questions I had about how much life I might possibly have left on my stair carpets. I could tell he really knew his stuff and also really took a great amount of pride in his job. Highly recommend their services!

They cleaned our bathroom tile to make it look brand new. I've never ever seen it look like that before. They were very nice and professional. They're the only company I've used.

Jonathan was great! Very professional and thorough with his explanation of treatment options. I did not feel any pressure to add services that were out of my budget. He worked in a timely manner and wanted me to check all the areas for satisfaction. He was very friendly and respectful of my home. (wore booties every time he entered.) I am 100% satisfied and will use them with certainty for my next cleaning. This was the most pleasant carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.
