Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

We have a good quality wool/silk oriental carpet that was stained by our cat several years ago. Because of the ongoing pet problem, we had the carpet cleaned then put it away for a couple years. With the cat now gone, we got the carpet out and unrolled it. There was some lingering odor that was present, so we contacted Sani-Bright. When I spoke with Karen, she was very professional, courteous and informative. She explained how they would clean the carpet and the thoroughly explained the process as well as the risks. When I called for follow-up, Karen explained that they had to clean it 3 times, but they were successful in removing the odor and when they delivered the carpet, sure enough the odor was gone. My only complaint is that I had to contact them for follow up, but that is only a minor complaint. The team at Sani-Bright are very knowledgeable about their work and very communicative. They also suggested a pad for the carpet, which we purchased, and are very pleased with. I would highly recommend Sani-Bright.

Called and said they could come earlier. That was great. They moved a few heavy pieces so they could clean under them.

Arrival was right on time, actually a little early and since I hadn't planned on that, he was very courteous and waited patiently until I got home. Service provider was very professional. Went through each room checking for stains and then verifying what the stain was from so he would know how to properly treat it. After he completed the job, we walked through together to make sure everything was satifsfactory. Overall a positive experience.

Jon arrived on time and put shoe protectors on. While I had marked the pet stains, he did a thorough (and I mean thorough) walk through with a flashlight and found even more stains. He then went over the exact cost of everything. He also explained the process. He put up baseboard/corner protectors so that the hose would not leave marks. I had never had a carpet cleaner do this. He treated the stains first and then cleaned. There was not one thing that I did not like or wanted done better. Sani brite was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will request Jon. I have used several other companies in the past, and will never use anyone else.

Found San-Bright on Angie's List and was very happy to have them come out and clean my carpet. I had some plumbing issues in my home and my basement got water on the carpets. Kyle was great and got the job done! I was very impressed with the entire process from booking to the actual job itself. Karen was very friendly from responding quickly to my initial inquiry to setting up time for a technician to come out to my home. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and were very efficient from start to finish. I'll be using San-Bright in the future for any carpet-related needs. I highly recommend Sani-Bright!

Appointment was easy to set up and followed by an email giving information on how to make the process easier. Jonathan and James arrived late but had kept us up to date with phone calls. All work was done beyond our expectations. My only concern is older people may have furniture that is to hard for them to move. Please tell them the quoted price does not include moving furniture. Also, come up with a price for moving things for people who can't. We have found a new carpet cleaning company.

We got an estimate done for our commerical building. They were going to do about 3 sperate areas of the building. I met with Jordan, and showed him in partical what I needed done. The estimate was for 1805 sq ft and was going to cost $198.55. I checked with the owner of the building and told him that I recommended them. I called them today to set up with appointment and told them that I wanted to be there to make sure that the estimate would be honored. The estimate was unclear about the areas that needed to be done. They told me that the hallways weren't included, and several other things that were on the estimate. I finally was able to speak with Jordan and asked him about the areas that we spoke about during the walkthrough estimate. He told me no they aren't included and said he wasn't going to play these games with me. The square footage on the estimate did not match what I had previously asked to be done. I asked to speak with the owner, Karen. I told her that I just wanted to clarify what is to be done/included. She informed me that they have already discounted me for it being done on a Saturday. She basically told me that they weren't going to do it because they've already discounted me and there is some miscommunication. I asked her three times about how she felt about how her employee was telling her customers that they aren't going to play any games, and she finally apologized. I have worked with them in the past and am very disappointed in this experience. I feel like they didn't like me asking questions and clarifying what is to be done.

They were very kind and punctual. Carpet cleaned and the house always smells great when they leave. Great follow to make sure the service was satisfactorily. Easy communication and scheduling. Friendly staff.

Had horrible dog diarrhea several places - plus normal dirt. Normal dirt came out very well. Areas where dog was sick are mostly just noticeable to me. Looked like they were all gone - but with a week I started to be able to see again (faintly). Some areas of carpet were crunchy after dry - needed repeated vacuum to soften. Lastly, was told on phone I could stack my Angie's List discounts with a $50 off coupon - would not let me once here in person - which is the "B" rating in professionalism.

Did a great job. Carpets look good. Very friendly and courteous. Took his time and was very careful. I would definitely use Sani-Bright again.
