He was friendly. courteous and provided us with useful information regarding an area of carpet, a seam, which needed attention. He worked efficiently and provided all cleaning services in a timely manner.

I talked to them after the service. There was a spot in the carpet and I didn't know what had caused the spot because it was from the previous homeowners and he told me it may or may not come out he would try and get it out. After he completed the service, he said that the spot came right out and I didn't go at that time upstairs to check because the carpets were still wet. I went back the next day to check and look at the carpets and the spot and it didn't look like the spot had faded or changed in any measurable way and so, I was pretty upset. Sani-Bright called me after the service and asked me about the service and I explained to them what had happened and the gal that I talked to said that she will go and talk to the owner and the owner told her to tell me that since they weren't sure the spot was gonna come out anyway that they weren't doing anything more for me and I was pretty upset with that response. The lady that I spoke to was nice enough about it and I didn't push her on it but it was clear from the response that they weren't willing to have somebody else come out and look at it. I was pretty disappointed with their response and it wasn't even the owner who talked to me. However, they did leave a bottle of spot remover at the front door and said that that's what they're willing to do. The pricing was okay.

Everything went great, Kerth was on time and did an awesome job. Will definitely contact with again for future cleanings.

The service was wonderful. They came on time. There was just one worker that came out and he was very good. I thought the price was a little steep, but then, maybe it was not. I am just not sure. My son said that he thought it was a good price.
