This was such a wonderful experience. The technician was very nice and extremely informative. He was on time and finished in a timely manner. He had full knowledge of all the services they provide and completely and clearly explained them all. I only had the carpets cleaned and deodorized at this appointment but would definitely consider other services with them. My carpet looked amazing and had a very light refreshing smell as expected after cleaning. All stains were removed which was a concern because of the red color which was in a small area of the living room. The drying time was very short which was impressive. They also left me with 2 free bottles of stain remover and told me how I could come in to their store for free refills. I have recommended them to my friends. I would definitely use this company again.

Jonathan was our technician. He had early availability so they contacted us to get our permission to perform the service early, to which we agreed. My wife and I appreciated that they could do it earlier than expected, but also that they contacted us and asked rather than assuming they could or giving us a 'window' to make us wait on them. Jonathan went over the job with my wife, described what he was going to do, and did it. He had us check his work and to make sure there was no damage from doing so afterward, and it appeared to be well done. Our carpet is in good condition, and gets less use than we originally expected, but the carpet looks new and smells great. Jonathan described how to maintain our carpet and left us with a spot cleaner he recommended we use (free with free refills) and described some of their other services to us. Nothing seemed pushy or out of line. Paying was simple, and we were able to pay with a credit card. I can find nothing to complain about and will definitely use Sani-Bright the next time I need carpet cleaned, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good work at a fair price.

Very efficient. Confirmed via email 2 days prior and called when crew were in route. I requested and got a NONSMOKING crew!!! Used all the safe guards to protect my walls and floor and sealed the front door to prevent cold air from entering. Very professional. Very detailed in cleaning all the cushions on the large sectional couch.

Although arriving late because of faulty GPS directions, carpets were cleaned in family room, master bedroom, stairs. Stains were removed and carpets looked like brand new.

Great! Jon arrived as scheduled and explained all aspects of the upholstery cleaning process. We consulted on tile floor cleaning & area rug cleaning as well. The results impressive. Tile & area rugs will be cleaned by them as well.

I had new carpeting installed this year in my master bedroom and adjacent hallway. The carpeting comes with a warrantee against pet stains. I used the deal to clean the new carpet. Since the $165 Angie's List deal was for cleaning three rooms, I also had my basement carpet cleaned. I wanted the carpet to be cleaned professionally in order to retain the warrantee and hopefully restore it to the best possible condition. Everything went well. However, the technician could not remove the pet stains. I requested another cleaning. Once again, the technician could not remove the pet stains. I called the business that sold me the carpet. The customer service rep was very helpful and gave me instructions for cleaning the carpet stain myself with liquid detergent, vinegar, and ammonia. This was much more effective than the profession carpet cleaning.

Always very happy with the services received.Have used Sani-bright several times.

Haven't received area rug back yet but basement appears to be ok.
