Description of Work: The service man arrived on time and spent about one hour cleaning the carpets in the kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room. He was very knowledgeable and worked steadily all the time he was here. He removed spots that other carpet cleaners had been unable to remove. He was very courteous and when he was done spoke with my wife to explain all he had done including scotch guarding the cleaned area. He also gave her a bottle of spot remover for future use. Several days later the company owner called us to determine if we were satisfied, nice gesture! We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. They are far better than other carpet cleaners we have used and definitely will call upon them in the future.

Description of Work: Owner did not want to honor the special price add running on the Angie's List website. She agreed to honor it , I scheduled the cleaning and she talked me into having my wood floors cleaned but failed to mention they could not match the shine/finish on the remainder of the floor I was not having cleaned. even though I questioned her about that fact. The technician explained there would be a distinct line when he came to do the work so I had him wait untill I talked with the owner because he wanted to charge me the same price to have two rooms of carpet minus the floor because there is a trip minimum, also not explained. The owner never called, the service man finally left, and the next day when the owner called I explained the problem and said she have told me this when I discussed this very concern with her on the phone initially. She just said she was sorry I wasn't happy, and refused to honor the sale price or take responsibility for the mis information.
