Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Keith with Sani bright called and asked if he could come early because he was ahead of schedule. That worked great for us. He arrived and was very polite and was careful to protect the hardwood floors; doors. So they wouldn’t get scratched by the hoses. Did a thorough jobs was very courteous.

He called, did the carpet cleaning ( It looked great) and completed the job.

John was very helpful and seems to know what he's doing. Educated me as well.

They showed up on time. They walked the house with me showing me what they were going to do and pointed out any areas that they thought may be an issue. He actually removed the extra pet cleaning that I had agreed to during the phone call setting up the work because he didn't see any stains during the walk through and didn't think it was necessary. he explained the process to me and then got going. It was done before I knew it. We then walked the condo again and he pointed out some spots that didn't come out - many of which I couldn't even see. Very happy with the service that was provided.

Keith called 30 minutes before scheduled appt. to tell us he was on his way. He was prompt and inspected areas and then cleaned all areas.

Jonathan arrived 10 minutes early. We walked the areas to be cleaned. He did pretreatment on spots then wet and cleaned all the areas. We walked through once he was done and asked if I had any questions. Jonathan was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He was here for about an hour and a half total. Our carpets are pretty old and stained, but once he was done the stains were pretty well gone ... even ones I didn't think would come out! I would highly recommend Jonathan and Sani-Bright for carpeting cleaning.
