It was okay. They charged me another $15 because, the dryer vent was full of lint. I was not prepared for that. The work was okay. They came on time. I would use them again.

They did a great job. They were prompt and it was a good deal.

I was slightly disappointed with the carpet cleaning because they returned one of my carpets still wet. Other than that they were punctual and very polite. The price was reasonable, too.

My experience with them was fine. The technician was very friendly. Essentially, they charge me more than the big deal, but there were some additional services provided with the vent cleaning.

They were very nice and professional, and the cleaning went pretty well. I'm not completely sure if they were able to completely clean the ducts by our dryer, though.

We had a considerable lint buildup behind our dryer which implied that our vent was plugged. There was, however, some air flow at the outlet. I purchased a big deal for vent cleaning for $59. The problem became apparent when the dryer was slid out. About six years ago we replaced the existing plastic hoses with metal for fire safety reasons. I expect that the "cheap" metal hose was torn when the dryer was slid into position. Royal Treatment replaced the hose with a better grade of hose for an additional $20. Royal Treatment cleaned up our original mess as well as the lint outdoors. An individual entered the crawl space to assure that the entire vent pipe was cleaned and check for other problems. Royal Treatment does good work.

They were here when they said they would come. We had no problems with them. Everything was satisfactory. They were here about an hour. They were very polite and came in and did the work.

The provider had to work around the extremely cold temperatures we were having at that time, as they usually kept their air compressor equipment outside during the job and it was actually freezing up and breaking on them. After a few false starts, we did get the service we had purchased, and they did a good job, as far as we can tell. Our dryer is working more effectively now.

There was an extra charge because there was an animal that had gone into my dryer vent so they had to go into the crawlspace and replace some stuff. It was a fair charge. It was very good and the guy was very professional. They did a good job and left things clean. They were on time. It was a good experience.

We tried other cleaners, but now we will always call Jim Davis. The communicate well, show up on time, work quickly and professionally.

The service and the work were okay. Scheduling was a bit of a problem - I needed it sooner than their initial recommended but they worked it out. When they came, the technician and trainer, the supervisor charged me $15 extra charge. He wanted the check made out to him.

They were supposed to do a dryer vent cleaning, though they declared that the dryer vent couldn't be cleaned. They informed me that the tubing leading from the dryer up to the attic was plastic, which was against code and would cause a fire. I was quoted over $500 to repair the issue. The owner was the person who came to my home for the estimate and he seemed more interested in trying to sell me on other services they perform. After going into my attic he came back down and asked if I go rock-climbing and spelunking because he could "see it in my spirit" and he could also "read my spirit and tell that I had been lied to a lot in my life". That was very bizarre to say the least. I got a second and third opinion on the work and was told that it was in fact not plastic, but industry-standard vinyl. I ended up having the dryer vent cleaned and a portion of the tubing replaced all for around $200.

My dryer was taking forever to get clothes dry, yet it was getting hot. I purchased a deal through Angie's List for $66 dollars for a dryer vent cleaning. They called me quickly to schedule an appointment, but they were pretty busy so I had to wait a couple of weeks. The gentlemen who came out were friendly and polite. They cleaned the dryer vent inside and out and ran the dryer a bit to see if things were working better. I was told I owed an additional $40. I wasn't exactly sure why, as it seemed pretty straight forward. I honestly didn't even ask, as I still thought $100 was a decent price.

They were a little late - evidently, my house was a little difficult to find. Once they got here, they went above and beyond a normal dryer vent cleaning job. Turns out, the vent had probably never been cleaned in the 10+ years the house has been around, so it was pretty much completely clogged. They handled the situation well and gave me good pointers on how to keep things running more smoothly in the future.

There was some confusion on what was included in the "big deal" and what was not but it got resolved within a short period of time.

Jim Davis and his co-worker were prompt, courteous and worked hard to clean and repair the vent in the crawlspace and the housing outside. His company provides other services as well which I am sure I will use in the future.

They said they couldn't honor my Deal for $59 because I live in a condo and they had to go up in the attic to do additional work. I had mentioned my previous experience and he said the way it looked it didn't seem it had been cleaned previously. There was an initial gentleman who came to look at it. He said they could take apart a front piece of my dryer to ensure it was fully cleaned. He said it could cost more if there are bird nests or other blockages. Another gentleman came in and they went up in the attic. The second guy had me write his check directly to him. I immediately called the office and they said it was fine because he was the owner. I feel as though they did a great job, but I feel like I overpaid. They charged an additional $75. I found out their normal pricing was $125. I went to do laundry a few days later and realized they never cleaned the front part of the dryer I had mentioned to the initial gentleman.

Although they missed the first appointment due to the cold when they did come out the service was done promptly and without issues.

Jim and is partner showed up and cleaned out vent then looked at physical dryer lint area and cleaned that also for a small additional charge. They we very friendly and explained and showed us process as they went. We would use again as needed.
