Did a thorough job cleaning vent from outside and putting up new screen.

The service was fine. They said what they would do and they did it. They were right on time and took care of it. They were very polite.

They were late and didn't call me. I had to call them and they finally showed up but they cleaned the vent house from the outside only which is not what I expected. I expected them to go all heights from the dryers to the outside. I was very surprised when they said, "Oh, No! We only do it from the outside, we don't do it from the inside at all." I won't use them again. They were late and they didn't notify me they were going to be late. I was not very happy. When I called to find out where they were, I couldn't get through to any body. I got a call saying, "We picked up your message and we are on the way." They should have called me. The work as described it didn't say we only go from your wall to the outside.

That went fine. That was nice, he did a good job and showed up on time. I would use them again in the future.

Came a bit later than expected but I did receive a call from the owner and the office.

I really liked that this technician used a method for cleaning the vent pipe that wouldn't harm any animals, if there had been any in there. He was very thorough, explained the particular process he uses and why it works better than others. I like that!

The provider called prior to the appointed time to say they were running late. They were two hours late. It took them about 15 minutes to do the job. Ours was rather simple to do in terms of location and length of vent pipe. Very friendly team of guys who explained how it worked and why it is important to do the cleaning. It seems like a simple chore, but hard for the home owner to do without the proper equipment.

It was great. The 2 guys were very nice and explained why they performed the tasks they did to clean out the dryer vent. They called me when they were about 15 minutes away too.

Excellent job & clean up

Service went great! They are very professional and courteous. They also do other services and will most likely use them for duct cleaning. They took time to explain the difference between a true duct cleaning and other services that scam you for money without doing any real cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

The workman inspected the dryer exhaust port and certified it was clean. The job was done in about 15 minutes.

The service and service provider were great. Responded right away to my Big Deal purchase and scheduled a date with us for about a week later. They were on time, friendly, and very helpful. Our dryer had stopped working the day after we bought the deal so we were hoping it would help. They ended up finding a birds nest in the vent! They didn't charge us extra for the removal and also allowed us to buy a screen to help prevent that from happening again. Since we bought the house (6 months ago), we have dried our clothes a minimum of 2 cycles. Tried a load of laundry after they left, and it only took 1 cycle! The service was 100% worth it and a great experience. I would highly recommend Royal Treatment and we will be using them again for future needs around our home.

I had a difficult time contacting this provider to schedule the service date. Once I finally got someone to come out the guy acted very unprofessional and erratic. When he noticed that my vent went through the crawl space he said he did not want to go down there that day and he would call to schedule someone else to come out. I never heard from them again even after multiple attempts to get in touch. I eventually gave up and hired someone else to do it.

That went fine. It was only the Big Deal price and nothing more. They blew out all the stuff in it and cleaned it well. That was basically what I wanted them to do and that was what they did. They were confident. They were able to demonstrate some things and show me how the process was working. They were very intelligent about the task that they were performing. That made me feel pretty confident as well. They were excellent. The cost was fine. They were there on time. They were very professional.

I was never able to get ahold of them, so I decided to use someone else.
