Royal Treatment

Owner and 2 employees came to clean out dryer vent. They were very professional, friendly and performed the service within 45 minutes. I would recommend them to others and definitely use them again.

I chose Royal Treatment because of their Big Deal offer. I am happy I did, as I am very satisfied with the results. Both Jim & Chris, the technicians were very professional and courteous. They had me watch what they were doing, and explained the procedure.

It was fine. I am not having any problems. They came when they said they would come and they did the job. There was nothing exceptional.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine; they did a nice job. They did the service not too long after I bought it. My husband was here when they came and he was perfectly satisfied. They were on time and seemed to know what they were doing. The vent has been good since then.

They called to tell us they were running late, which we appreciated. They had a team of two, one working primarily outside, one inside the house. Our dryer was located some 15 feet from the outside wall. They thoroughly cleaned the entire duct, removing far more lint then we anticipated. They were very polite and friendly, and cleaned up well.

I bought this big deal for my mother to get her dryer vent cleaned out. She was very happy with the service. It turns out she had a bird's nest in her dryer vent. They had to charge her extra, but I don't know how much more.83

They arrived late but called ahead to advise. That was fine. We have a stackable washer/dryer and I was concerned because the dryer gets very hot.. too hot and the cool cycles were also too hot. I wasn't sure if it needed vent cleaning or my dryer needed repair. They checked and cleaned the dryer vents thoroughly and did what they came to do. They were knowledgable about the process and kept me advised about each step. I felt better about the safely of my dryer when they were done. The dryer is functioning better now.

Service person was scheduled to arrive between 9:00 and 11:00. Did not show up in that window, and I finally received a call around 11:30 that he had to tend to an incident on the road with one of his workers' trucks but would be here shortly. He explained that he did not believe in talking on cell while driving (for safety) which is why he didn't call sooner. It was another 45-60 minutes before he finally showed up. I presume he did the job as asked, I never had an opportunity to look at the dryer vent and he made no comments about the job itself. I was at my computer working from home, which he acknowledged, and talked my ear off for about 30 minutes afterwards about his family and some sort of spiritual healing stuff. Very friendly, but severe lack of punctuality and initial communication, coupled with taking up more of my time going on and on about faith healing and failing to consider that the customer might not be interested or inclined towards those types of topics, while I was clearly trying to get my own work done, and almost no mention of the condition of the vents... would not use again.

All went great! I felt they went above and beyond to fix damage birds had done to get into the vent.

Everything turned out well. The technicians were really friendly, they invited me to watch them work, and they did a good job. Furthermore, it was easy getting in touch to schedule, and they arrived on time for the service.

They did a great job cleaning and inspecting the dryer and all the vents. They even replaced something that had ripped and didnt charge me an arm an a leg. We appreciated it.

It went great they called when 30 minutes away. Cleaned dryer vents and gave me advice on my carpets to get out urine stains. Im using these guys again for carpet cleaning asap!

They were efficient and pleasant and cleaned a lot of lint out of the vent.

As far as I know it went well, he was in the attic so I couldn't see what was being done. There were 2 men, they were professional and friendly, however, it was more money after they arrived then I paid for because there was an "elbow " in the vent that had to be cleaned out. Overall, I was happy to have done.

They were awesome! They were on time, performed their work, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards. They were very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well. The guys were very patient about looking for the spot where my dryer vent actually ventilated and were quick and efficient about cleaning it. Didn't even act aggravated when they had to crawl under my deck to reach the vent. Advised me on how often to clean it. Arrived a little later than anticipated, but their good attitudes and friendly personalities made up for that.

He came and cleaned my dryer vents. I was going to have him come back to do some other work, but he never returned my calls.

It started off a little shaky because he wanted to add charges other than the big deal purchase for different things but he ended up not. So all in all was very good. I would definitely recommend him for the services he provided.

A review was written on March 16 giving this company an F rating. They are not deserving of an F rating. Royal Treatment called to cancel on a day that was extremely cold. A day that many companies were not operating. Royal Treatment was very responsive when I called to reschedule at a later date, and they were very pleasant. I apologize to Royal Treatment for the previous review that was written.

Royal Treatment does a great job. They are professional and thorough. They are always responsive when I call to schedule an appointment. I have also had them do upholstery cleaning with same great results.

Everything turned out well. The professionally dressed crew arrived on time, got right to work, and did a thorough cleaning. Ultimately, we had no issues with the service.

Everything went well, very punctual.

It was quick and thorough. After learning of other services they provided, I hired them to clean and treat my bathroom tile floor and to do some plumbing work that we needed. They were competent and all jobs done were done well. The pricing was reasonable.

Did work well and cleaned up after themselves. Polite and professional workers. 12 year old dryer running quieter and more efficiently.
