We did receive an email requesting a quote. We responded 11-12-13. There was no information given to provide a proper quote, as in number of supplies and returns. We requested additional information and provided our number for customer to call. We are not sure if any messages got lost in transition. We sent message via Angies List email and we responded and sent on. We are sorry customer feels let down by our company. There are always glitches in the system. Our ratings and reviews show we are responsive and provide quality service. We strive for customer satisfaction. Thank you

Description of Work: I bought this "big deal" to have dryer vent line cleaned, but it was discovered my house did not have a vent line installed when it was built. Royal treatment did what I thought was going to be a temporary fix to the problem and they charged me $85.00 for that temporary fix. I never did hear back from them as to whether or not they were going to permanently fix the problem... just kind of left me hanging.....Since they did not "clean" any vent, I wish to have a refund of the big deal charges.

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer vent which didn't need to be cleaned, so he said he wouldn't charge me. How do I get a refund for that? Then he spent some time cleaning inside the dryer where a lot of lint and dust had fallen from the lint trap. Very professional and helpful.

We always feel our prices are fair. Every job is different. This particular job had a lot of repairs within the run up in the attic. The job took us longer than a typical dryer vent cleaning. Customer understanding and satisfaction is very important us. If a customer ever has issues or doesn't quite understand something, we welcome questions and are more than happy to go over everything.

Great experience.
Description of Work: Royal Treatment did an awesome job cleaning my carpets so I had them do the air ducts and the dryer vent. My air ducts had been done several times before but never this thoroughly. The dryer vent - on the roof - had not been done in 28 years. It was thoroughly cleaned. The carpets are 13 year old barely off white and they looked new. I have had Royal Treatment back 3 more times to spot clean heavy traffic areas. Jim and crew are prompt, careful courteous and professional. I am a client for life.

Description of Work: Jim and his team did an EXCELLENT job on our carpets. Not only were they professional but they were also very courteous and friendly.
