Description of Work: They cleaned our dryer vent and had to get on the roof to do it. The only problem we had was that the first day they were to come they were late and did not call. It was rescheduled for the next Monday but because of the rain scheduled he came out on Sunday to do the work so that was very good and we were surprised that he would come out on Sunday. He was very nice and considerate.

Description of Work: Cleaned our dyer vent and replaced the dryer vent cover, which we did not tell them ahead of time needed done (though we knew it needed done).

Description of Work: They came on time, went right to work and remove 2 huge clogs of dryer link from the vent. Our dryer works great now!

Description of Work: Once they came to do the work, all went well. However, I was beginning to wonder if the "big deal" had actually gone through. I got nothing back from Angie's list or from the company for several weeks. Not sure if I would use them again. Don't know if the unresponsiveness was on their part or Angie's List. Also you need a "maybe" in the "would you use this provider in the future".

Description of Work: The deal was for a dryer vent cleaning and I must confess I had not had my dryer vent cleaned in 20 years. To make matters worse, they discovered a opossum curled up next to the vent outlet under my deck. To the company's credit, they then changed the plan and attempted to clean the vent out from the dryer side. We inititally thought that worked but when I subsequently used the dryer it was taking forever to dry (much worse than originally). I called the company back and they came out again and went into my crawl space and replaced a length of clogged and outdated dryer vent conduit as well as new vent covers (the opposum had moved on ). The end result was good, the price was reasonable, and I applaud the company for sticking with a situation that turned out to be more complicated than it seemed initially. My only complaint is that the owner has been involved with many different types of businesses in the past and every time he came into my house he was looking around asking who cleans your carpets - I could do that for you, who did your grout cleaning - I could do a better job for you, how long has that water spot been on the ceiling, etc. It made me uncomfortable. I haven't decided if I will have this company come back again in the future or not.

Description of Work: My clothes dryer was taking FOREVER to dry clothes. I took advantage of a BIG DEAl from Angies's list and had Royal Treatment come out to clean the dryer vent. Jim and Chris, came when they said they would, were very polite, professional and personable. They explained the process before and during the cleaning; they even went into my crawl space to make sure "critters" hadn't gained acess to the vent area. My dryer is now working the way it shoudl and it doesn't take 4 hours to dry a load of laundry. I learned a lesson, too - I could have had a vent fire if I'd waited any longer!! Thanks to Jim and Chris!!
