Description of Work: They were pretty late, and I had taken the afternnon off from work. I called, as I was very unhappy about wasting an afternoon waiting, so I called to see what the issue was, and had to keave a message. I did receive a return call 40 minutes later & was told the crew was in route & would be at my home within 30 minutes. Arrical was an hour and 45 minutes after the call. Everything else was fine.

Description of Work: We bought the deal for dryer vent cleaning. Once they got in to see what was needed, it was much more involved and consequently cost more. However, we feel like the job they did was more thorough and ultimately more helpful as we go forward. They were very good to work with.

Description of Work: They cleaned our dryer vent and had to get on the roof to do it. The only problem we had was that the first day they were to come they were late and did not call. It was rescheduled for the next Monday but because of the rain scheduled he came out on Sunday to do the work so that was very good and we were surprised that he would come out on Sunday. He was very nice and considerate.
