Description of Work: Actually, the technician was not able to complete the dry vent cleaning because he found out our dryer duct had come lose in our ceiling space. Therefore, the dryer lint is collecting in the floor joist space. It will require drywall removal to repair.

Description of Work: They were a no show no phone call for the first appointment. I called and made another appointment. They came and said we needed new dryer vent work in our attic. They came the next day to install new ductwork. I was charged $300 and when I asked if they would deduct the $59 I'd already paid for dryer vent cleaning, they declined and they left without giving me a receipt or any paperwork to guarantee their work. Now it takes longer to dry a load of clothes. I called Angies List on 6-9-15 and was promised that something would be done. To date I've not heard from them. I've really been given the Royal Treatnent on this deal!

Description of Work: They asked to come early and so I rushed home. They showed up 2 1/2 hours later. Took them all of 5 minutes. Used some machine to blow out the line. Did not make sure that the line was working. Would not use again

Description of Work: Jim Davis and crew are amazing. They make this 15 year old white carpet look like new. I have used them 2 - 4 times a year for several years. The are punctual, professional, friendly and do a marvelous job!

Description of Work: Scheduled between 9 and noon. No call until 12:40 and technician was about an hour away. Received call about 1:30 asking for directions. I called about 3:12 asking where he was at. He said his cell lost signal and could not locate our home. He left the area and said the office was supposed to contact me and reschedule. My wife waited at home all day and was very upset

Description of Work: We have used Royal Treatment twice already and plan to use them again very soon. We have a large family room, play room, 4th bedroom, and a flight of steps that are carpeted. The family room was especially difficult because we had a marine fish tank that had just been removed. Royal Treatment employees arrived on time, were extremely polite and professional, went over and above in the cleaning of our carpets, and had a competitive price.

Description of Work: The provided came to the house when scheduled and cleaned and reconfigured the clothes dryer vent as was purchased via an Angies' List special. All went well.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from this provider to clean out my dryer vent. When the service person came out to my house he looked around for my dryer vent and after determining that it was in the crawlspace, decided he would not do it that day. He said he would come back with another person. instead he unhooked the hose leading from the dryer to the vent and hooked it up in such a way that nothing was actually blowing out of the house. Then he cleaned out the lint trap in the dryer and charged me additional for it. He promised his office would call to reschedule the dryer vent cleaning, but I never heard from them again. I tried to call the office once and my call was never returned.

Description of Work: They blew out the dryer vent rather than vacuuming it out. The lint covered the area below the dryer vent. For this reason, I will not use them again.

Description of Work: The vendor cleaned my dryer vent for $69.00 contracted by me through Angie's List. I also discovered that "birds" had made a hugh nest in the vent from two bathrooms the contractor also cleaned this vent for $69.00. The work was accomplished in a short amount of time from beginning to end. We are most pleased with the quality of the work accomplished and will definitely use this contractor for future needs.
