Description of Work: Ad says they "service all spas". Left message twice regarding need for repair of my spa. They never returned my call. Will not call again, or purchase from there.

Description of Work: We were having problems with our hot tub pH and alkalinity. After several phone call suggestions that did not result in any correctiuon, A technician came out and showed us some things to do. It was so much simpler than trying to try one thing after another. The technician was polite and informative. The tub is under warranty so no charge.

Description of Work: We ha some issues with the delivery and installation, BUT, in the end the product is great and I am glad we replaced our old hot tub. New technology and the reputation for high quality spas is the reason we chose the Royal Spa.

Description of Work: All staff members seem to have a differnet idea of how to maintain water quality. So recommend you buy chemistry from other companies since they don't sell what they believe actually works.....very frustrating to say the least

Description of Work: We were trying to work a trade with Royal Spa. The sales person gave us a quote, then the owner called us and essentially told us he couldn't pay the bills with the quote we were given. Without giving specific details, they weren't honest with us and had no follow up, and didn't care to obtain our business. I was very disappointed, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Imagine if we had purchased a hot tub from them-if something went wrong, I have no doubt they would pretend we didn't exist!

Description of Work: PURCHASED, INSTALLED AND SERVICED HOT TUB

Description of Work: THE PUMP WAS RAPIDLY CYCLING OFF AND ON MY GREAT LAKES HOT TUB. EVEN THOUGH THEY LOUDLY ADVERTISE THAT THEY SERVICE 'ALL' MAKES OF HOT TUB, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT GET PARTS EXCEPT AT RETAIL AND WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME AN EXORBITANT PRICE FOR THEM. THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO RIP OUT THE CURRENT CONTROL MODULE AND REPLACE IT WITH THEIRS WHICH 'ANYONE' COULD SERVICE 'CHEAPLY' IF IT HAD PROBLEMS LATER. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $400 BALLOONED TO $1000 ON THE SECOND PHONE CALL WHEN THEY SAID I WOULD ALSO NEED A NEW TOPSIDE CONTROLLER. THEY DID HELP ME AVOID A SERVICE CALL BY HAVING ME EMAIL THEM DIGITAL PICTURES OF THE CONTROL PANEL. I DECIDED TO PASS, AND TRY ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR A SIMPLE PLUMBING REPAIR ON THIS TUB, NO PROBLEMS.
