Description of Work: Some idiot dinged the door on my car. I took it to an auto body shop who gave me a $250 estimate. Since the dent didn't seem that big I thought I could take advantage of the paintless dent removal offer at Rockstars. However, when they looked at it, there was a small chip in the paint and they cautioned me that 1) it would only look 70-80% better and 2) it was possible that their process could crack the paint due to the chip. Kudos to them for pointing out the potential issues rahter than just going ahead. I'm going to go with the full removal and repainting at the body shop.

Description of Work: Sunroof cover was off track with out an appointment service tech came out to auto checking different areas with in a few moments it was back on trac. I ask the price he said no charge. Any time a service company of any kind will go to that effort will be the right choice.

Description of Work: Removed dents in rear fender as best they could with pointless dent removal techniques. To make it perfect would require real body work and much more $$. I was treated very well and highly recommend.

Description of Work: The auto headliner was sagging and needed to be replaced, the match and fit were perfect, although I did have to return because 3 fasteners were missing which were promptly replaced. The also repaired some exterior plastic trim.

Description of Work: I had front fender damage (more than just damaged paint). They removed the fender, smoothed it out, and then repainted it. I get a lifetime warranty on the paint. Also, without me asking, they touched up some other scratches on the car for no additional charge. It matches the original paint job perfectly. They did very nice work.

Worked with my schedule on appointment as well as drop off & pick up.Understood exactly what I wanted done & was able to deliver on it in the time promised. Couldn't be more pleased with their attitudes, professionalism and coming in exactly on estimate so there were no surprises.

 + 0 morethe estimation process was easy enough, I simply stopped by and they they did an inspection outside in the sunlight. They were more than true to their estimate and the ultimate result was more than I even expected. One note, however, is that it did take a day longer than originally planned to get the car to the level it finally reached. They were flexible as to when I could pick it up on on the final day so I could get it before rush hour. Overall the experience was very positive and I will be back for service in the future for both of our cars.
Description of Work: I have a 2004 black Audi TT that I purchased used, but in very good condition about a year and a half ago. Being black, and used, it had a fair amount of swirling and also the obligatory dings, chips, scratches and what have you (it is my daily driver). Long story short, they touched up, performed scratch removal and swirl removal on my black car leaving it in a better condition than when I drove it off the audi dealer's lot as part of the over all detail. They also repainted the aluminum wheels and restored them to like new as well (like they had never seen a curb or pot hole).

 + -1 moreStopped by on a Saturday morning for an estimate, scheduled appointment for the next Monday morning. Only took about an hour to fix dent and removed my bent wheel and replaced with my spare as they had already informed me that the wheel would need to be sent off site for repair. Said that the wheel should be back on Wednesday/Thursday, but on Friday had not heard anything from them. I called and left a message on voice mail and they called back within minutes to say that the off site contractor was running behind schedule and would be ready in a few more day, which it was. Would have been nice to get a call regarding the delay, but really no big deal. They seem to be a young company working real hard to please their customers. A bit unpolished but overall a very good experience.

 + -1 moreIt was paintless dent removal. They said they would be done in 2 hours, but it took 5 hours. Their schedule was all messed up for the day. If you are allergic to paint fumes, you don't want to sit in their lobby. They did good work, and I would use them again.

 + -1 moreSomeone damaged my new car in a parking lot; it looked like they backed into it and took off, of course. I was sick. Mars got our small dent plus some minor door dings for $125. The dealer body shop quote was $1000. My daughter side swiped my husbands car in the driveway with her car, so double damage, again Mars to the rescue, for a fraction of the body shop estimate we'd gotten. They are very up front about what they will and will not do. Nice guys, get the job done in a day or two.
Description of Work: Mars, This stands for Miracle Auto Restoration Service, Our car dealership told us about these guys, and after having 2 teenage drivers, boy we have used them. These guys can save you a bundle if you just have your basic small bumper panel damage, small dent, door dings, scratches, paint touch up, leather repair, etc. They don't do major Jobs.
