Reasonable prices. They always answer the phone. They have offices all over Indianapolis. They come right away.

Excellent on the service was good, equipment they put in was good but the price was. They did come out on a call for a late evening visit. They came in and said your sump is out and it's raining out and it's late at night so I got this in my truck so I'll bring it in and out it in and then you know what I mean. And if you ask in advance what it is going to cost, it depends on the job. They have to come out and look at it. And then they look at it and then they started and then you get the estimate after they're half way in and you're in a position where you can't change it.

The piping was securely joined to cement block walls and floor joists. Both dryer and stove pipe ends were securely fastened to wall and floor and each has a sturdy shutoff valve. Very quality work at a fair price.

They are highly professional. They have good quality workmanship, good value. Well, I've used them a number of times so its - some are more friendly than others but I dont have a problem with that, it doesn't matter how friendly they are as long as they do good work, I dont really care.

Great but I got ripped off. The total cost was $595 and he was here about 1.8 hours. Estimating the parts at $220 (valves @$10.00, and single faucet at $200) this means my labor charge was $375 or $204.54/hour. The method of pricing by the job from a book is putting it to customers. I expected to pay $80-$90/hour, not $204

They showed up on time and gave me 2 different options to choose from on the replacement of my pump. Great service. They identified and fixed what the previous plumber had not done correctly! Thanks guys!

They were prompt, clean and courteous and did a good job. I felt that they could have moved a bit faster, but they were having some problems getting diagnostic information from the manufacturer, and that certainly contributed to it. The cost for the diagnostic work was about $300; total bill was about $3000.

A service person arrived less than 3 hours after my initial call. He was pleasant, professional and efficient, and replaced the water heater in short order. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service and would use Roby's again.

They showed up on schedule and quickly identified that the water softener had not been properly working for some time, which caused a build up in the water heater, which led to its failure. They also pointed out the wacky plumbing work done by the previous contractor (Sears), and then explained how they would remedy. They came back the next day and replaced both units within a reasonable amount of time, as well as explained how they worked. Overall, good service and fair prices.

I called them at 8:00am and they promised that someone would call back. I provided them all the information and my contact number. When I called again at 12:00 to check, I learned they would not be able to handle the call and the type of water heater I have, they would not be able to work on it. Supposedly, the person who made the appointment should have asked the brand of water heater and should not have scheduled the appointment. Needless to say, I wasted 4 hours and had to look for another plumber. If you want a timely service, look somewhere else.

Roby's did not charge me for their visit to identify the problem, then had to research parts for these unusual faucets on the internet and then come back and rebuild the faucets. Over half of their charge was for the costly and scarce parts. They performed the job professionally, kept me informed along the way, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Had a pipe burst and Rob came over right away on I'm sure what was a busy Friday afternoon. Explained things well, gave a quote before the work and asked me if I had any questions afterwards. Very professional and clean - wore shoe covers to keep the house clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

Can't recommend Roby's enough. I had known my sump pump was having some issues and the backup was done cheaply. I put it off for a while, and then this morning (lots of rain), I went down and realized that my pump wasn't running at all, the backup wasn't running, and the sump was completely full and was on the edge of flooding (in my finished basement). I realized all of this at roughly 10:15am this morning and called. The gentleman said he would have someone to my house shortly, within 25 minutes I had a plumber at my house. He looked over my system and diagnosed that my pump had gone out, gave me options on how to replace it, I picked the system, and he went out to his van and got the parts, installed it, and was out within 2 hours. Very quick and easy process. They sent a plumber and not a sales guy, didn't try to up sell me, and the price I paid was right in line with the average range I found online for similar services.

Rick was great ... very professional, courteous, and efficient. Took the time to explain things, would use again and highly recommend to anyone.

Came same day though I told them there was no urgency. Took out the interworking of one toilet and replaced it. Start to finish including writing up the bill took him 15 minutes. Charged $222 minus a $20 coupon. That is absurd. I've used Roby's for years when they had an Anderson office. I never had to ask for quotes up front because they were always fair. Today's experience will be my last with them. Took advantage of a long term customer and I will actively let neighbors know of my experience today so they are not ripped off like I was.
