Roby's Plumbing

All went well and it was done in less than 1.5 hours. I called to get a free estimate and the plumber came and was ready to do the job right away if I wanted it done.

We didn't know the sewage pipe was there but they were here very promptly, did the work and were gone before the cabinet installers arrived. I will use no other plumbing service but Roby's!

Everything went well. We've used Roby's for prior plumbing issues (not related to this) in the past and they've always been quick, kind and fair with their pricing.

We are a family of four who also do quite a bit of entertaining. We woke up one morning to absolutely NO hot water. It was not a surprise, we had been limping our old heater along for weeks. We had used Roby's before for a wide range of issues, from sinks to garbage disposals and were happy, so we called them in on this. We needed an oversized tank with special venting requirements and were afraid it would take a couple of days for them to round up the necessary hardware. They told us on the phone they would be by within the next hour. They were on time and had everything needed to make the replacement on the first trip here, with the actual water heater being delivered shortly after their plumber arrived. Two hours later we had hot water again and by noon the whole area was cleaned up and they were gone. They aren't the cheapest guys you can find, but they are reasonably priced and they will get the job done quickly and professionally, every time.

I called and they came out within a few hours. The work was all completed by 5pm that day. Very prompt and courteous. They explained the issues and the solution. And they cleaned up after the repairs.

Arrived on time, finished in about 1 1/2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves.

Called Roby at 2:00, and they had someone at my house by 3:00. Quickly replaced the hose/connection with a different type of connection better suited to the water line. Also provided an estimate for potential future work (replacing kitchen sink & faucet).

Per the website, I requested a service call and stated since they are listed on Angies List, I did not need a quote just the service call to repair the water filtration unit on my Amana refrigerator. I sent their email information on Friday. By Tuesday morning, I had not receiveda phone call. My wife checked email later Tuesday pm. The message stated they were sorry for a late reply AND that they no longer do appliance repair as indicated. Seems to me a company with an "A" rating would respomd faster AND fix their advertising, website, and notify Angies List to prevent the loss of valuable time I wasted with no repairs.

We had a good experience with them. They came in and gave us a quote. The quote was exactly what was charged. They said it would take four hours to complete and it took exactly four hours to complete. There was one little issue with the water heater, and they came right back out the next day and fixed it.

I called after I noticed that my water was not heating up, which should not had been a problem since I was told I had a new water heater installed before moving in. Roby's came 2 hours after I called and completed the job in 20 minutes. I appreciated how he explained everything he was doing and how to prevent the problem in the future. I would definitely use them again!

We called after spotting a water stain on our kitchen ceiling. Dave arrived on the scene shortly after I phoned in about our issue. After taking a look and pinpointing the problem, he provided me with a rundown of what would be done along with a price. While working, Dave was very helpful in explaining the issue and how he would go about repairing it. Despite running into a couple of irregularities, he was able to think on his feet and provide a solution.

Upon moving into the home a month ago, we noticed the toilet was making an odd noise after flushing and during the tank fill. I also had some leaking water around the toilet area. I had originally scheduled another service provider for the next day when something came up at work. I called Roby's to see if they had an availability that afternoon and to my surprise they did. Dave arrived promptly after I received a call from the dispatch indicating he was in-route. Dave quickly identified that an internal component in the tank was bad causing the odd sound and due to the age of the toilet the defective component could not be replaced w/ modern items. Dave recommended toilet replacement and indicated that he had one in stock on his truck. I agreed to the replacement and Dave completed the toilet replacement on the spot. The entire experience was about 2 hours and I couldn't be more happy w/ the end result. Dave was knowledgeable, quick, and extremely professional. In addition, we determined that the possible leak did not originate from the toilet but overflow/splash from the shower and it simply pooled and collected near the toilet. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Roby's Complete plumbing service.

Explained the damage once he dug up the discharge line. Repaired quickly and replaced dirt and mulch that was removed to do the repair.

This provider was on time and gave an estimate for all repairs before completing the work. They were quick to call me back which I really appreciated.

They were there before time that I was told. Gave a very accurate estimate and did the work very quickly. Very impressed. My other first choice plumbing company would not have able to get to the house until Friday. I guess that they are now #2 and Roby's has become my 1st choice.

The drain was leaking. It was a rusted out section below the kitchen sink behind the plaster wall. The plumber removed a section and tested the line. It didn't leak, but it was clear the removed section was not all of the rusted part. Instead of removing more wall and plumbing, the plumber decided to bypass the vent to the roof and put in a studer valve. The larger straight run pipe in the basement was also replaced. The plumber cleaned out the drain below the basement floor multiple times to insure it was clear. The repair has been working fine. The hole in the wall is neat and not too big. We would have preferred a written estimate with our options shown. The reputation of the studer valve is not great. We might have chosen to have more of the pipe removed and maintained the original roof vent. There was time for the decision since the job was started on Monday and the return trip to complete it was Wednesday.

The man was very nice, however he needed to replace the shower drain that had snapped off and we were unable to screw it closed to take a bath. The house is only 7 yrs old so things are not too old. The worker told me that they didn't make the part anymore and the only way to fix it would be to cut out a part of my wall to access the pipe to fix it. I asked if he was sure because everything is fairly new in the house. He assured me that it was the only way. He cut a whole in my wall and then he realized that the part wouldn't fit. He made a few calls and went to the hardware store and bought the part he needed. He said "sorry" that he didn't need to cut into the wall, but he didn't do drywall repairs. My drain is now fixed, but I have a big whole in my wall and they have no intention of repairing.
