Description of Work: WE HAD A GRINDER PUMP PROBLEM AND WERE NOT SURE AS TO WHAT EXTENT REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE MADE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS THOUGHTFUL IN HIS EFFORT TO DETERMINE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM. HE DID NOT JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS OR MISLEAD US. AFTER HE CLEANED THE PUMP AND FLOATS (WHICH WAS ALL THAT REALLY NEEDED TO BE DONE) AND CYCLED THE PUMP A FEW TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, HE GAVE US POINTERS ON HOW TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN THE PUMP. AFTER THE $20 COUPON FROM ANGIE'S LIST THE PRICE WAS A BARGAIN. WE RATE ROBY'S AN A+.

Description of Work: ON NEW YEARS EVE DAY AFTERNOON WE NOTICED WATER LEAKING FROM UNDER OUR HOT WATER TANK.
