It went great. They sent out one guy and he knocked it out in one day!

They came when they said they would come. They did all the work for less money than Mr. Roof estimated for just the roof job. They were upfront and honest. They upgraded the shingles for the same price. They got and ice and water protection at all the valleys and about 2 feet up on every edge of the roof. They got the work done quickly. I was shocked as they got the roofing done in one day. They came out later and did the soffit and fascia. I have had the roof done before by another company and I had nails everywhere. When Richmond Guttering did the work, I could not find a single nail anywhere and they cleaned everything up. When they tore the roof off, they hauled it off. They went around the house with a big magnet and they picked up anything that was there. They also put 16 sheets of decking to replace the decking that was not good. They did an absolute quality job. Their bid was not the lowest but certainly it was cumulative the lowest bid. I didn't had to call them back for anything.

I got 3 estimates for pole barn guttering. I recieved estimates as much as $3000. They have always given me a fair estimate. Richmond Guttering has replaced gutters on my house and dettached garage. They came out and installed the gutters on the barn just as quoted and the color matched perfectly.

I used them after a hailstorm. It took them four and a half months to finish the work. I had insurance coverage, and the estimate was for $32,000. I feel like they played with the numbers and inflated the numbers because they knew I would get insurance reimbursement. So they wanted to get more of that. I had gone to my original builder to get a recommendation, and he recommended me to Richmond Guttering. I had to have them come back several times to fix a lot of things. I was not at all happy with the cleanup. They seemed shady to me, and I felt like I was taken advantage of at times. It was really painful.

Everything went really well. The job only took a day or so and they were quick on clean up.

Richmond did a great job, On time, did the work only when their was no rain in the forecast. Would use this company again.

Was told by receptionist that they don't do work for less than $750, but Roger would call me back which he never did. I told her I was referred to them by a contractor friend.

Went to replace my awning & found a hole in the soffit & my gutter board not really attached to anything. They replaced the soffit & fixed my gutter board & installed the new awning. Also Unclogged my downspout while they had it off.

They did aluminum siding for us. I was originally told that it couldn't be done, but their estimator came out and told me that they could do aluminum. We are pleased with them.

They performed the work that they said they were going to do, but I had some dislikes about them as well. They never called before they came here even though we requested them to call. We had to actually have them out 3 or 4 times before the job was actually done well enough so that I would pay them.

The work turned out fine. Overall, I had a good experience with them. I will use them again in the future.

They were extremely punctual and easy to get a hold of over the phone. I had called around for estimates and usually got voicemails or no answer at all. They answered right away and transferred me to sales who was extremely courteous and got an estimate scheduled for me within a weeks time. Plus they worked the estimate within my schedule, not theirs. The serviceman who came out to perform the estimate was clean and very professional. No pressure to sell whatsoever. Gave them a B in quality though because I wasn't totally happy with their suggestions, but the price was in line with what i was thinking. Probably won't fix the gutters this year, but when I do I'll call these guys.

The quality of the work seemed fine. It seemed like we had to talk back and forth. I was trying to coordinate several items. It did take a bit of extra communication to make sure everything got done. They got here and did the work quickly. They didn't have enough shingles. There was a miscommunication, so the new shingles came in, but the crew didn't come back. It took several calls to get them out.

They had a superintendent of roofing come out to oversee the job and I have never seen that done before. This was the second roof I have had to replace in 3 years due to storm damage. They also put new gutters on the home since they were damaged too. They installed new screens on the house and the porch. The guys that did the screens, Charlie and Bill, did a good job and everything went smooth and it was done in a timely manner. The insurance company paid them and they did a great job.

I went to the trouble of setting up an appointment at 10am today. They called at 9:45am and asked if they could come at 11am instead. I agreed and they showed up at 11:30am without a phone call. My time is valuable to me and when he came to the door I told him I was going to do business with someone else.

The people at Richmond stood out from all the other gutter companies. Their salesman, Dave, came and spoke to me in person (which the other companies didn't do). He asked questions and actually listened to what I was saying. He was honest and plainly told me what they could and could not do. Dave also made suggestions on the Leaf Guard, but kept it separate in the quote, so I could make a final decision on it later. The administrators at Richmond were helpful and friendly as well. I was able to fax in my signed quote to get scheduled during this very busy season. The two gentleman who came to tear out and install did a fantastic job. They had it done in about two hours and left very little mess. I had even asked them to leave me a downspout, because we are going to install rain barrels ourselves at a later date. We wanted to practice "hack sawing" on the old downspouts before we do it on the new ones. I really just expected them to leave one out in my yard. Instead, the worker left two and neatly put them on our front porch. He even asked me if that was okay to leave two. They didn't demand payment right away and instead sent a bill. I was able to pay over the phone to the very nice lady in Accounts Receivable. Obviously this is a well run organization. Customer oriented people were the rule. I was extremely impressed.

We had two concrete porches installed in 2008, and wanted to further improve them by adding awnings and railings. We had used Richmond Guttering years ago for replacement gutters and were pleased with their work. Their website advised that they also installed aluminum awnings and railing, so we contacted them. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and the two representatives who came out were very professional. I was familiar with the company (Americana) who manufactures the aluminum awnings for Richmond. I knew Americana produces a quality product, so I wasn't too surprised by the quote. In addition, our two porches were custom sized, so I know that played a factor in the cost. They did not have their color sample chart with them, but brought them over the next day. We paid $1,000.00 as a down payment, and they were upfront to advise us that it might be five weeks or more since they were being custom built. That wasn't a problem, as we needed to have some of the concrete steps replaced anyway. A Richmond representative called us when the awnings and railings arrived, and schedule an installation time with us. The installers were very experienced and cleaned up after themselves. They had to slightly modify how the porch railing was installed, due the size of our porch and where it lined up with the house. They were creative in resolving the problem, and it did not detract from the finished job. The installation was prolonged over several weeks due to some incorrect railing that was shipped by the manufacturer. Someone from Richmond kept us informed and was very apologetic for the delay. It wasn't an issue for us, as they had installed the awnings and the handrails. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished work, and we've had multiple neighbors tell us how much they like it and that it's improved the appearance of our home.

Richmond responded to my inquiry and provided an estimate w/i 3 days. An installation date was set and the installers arrived on time, advised they were onsite and started. They tore off the existing gutters & downspouts and hung new, larger ones. The work was completed in 3 hours as they said. The old guttering was hauled off and our yard, side walks and driveway were completely cleaned.

They were prompt and cleaned up their work. The cost came in as estimated.

Jarrod came out to do the estimate. He was extremely prompt. They were very patient, and through throughout the process. They were very knowledgeable and good about answering all of my questions.

Their total price came in at what they estimated it would. They were prompt. I thought they did a fine job. I would hire them again.

The guys that were doing it were Mexican. The one speaking for them was really nice. He made sure that we were happy. He covered up the bushes and cleaned up after the job was finished.

The experience was great with their services. It looks really good, and I'd use them again. They showed up on the day they said they were going to be here.
