Description of Work: Gutters and new roof; took weeks to complete project while leaving debris on site, would not respond to inquiries, sub-contacted all work with what appeared to be no oversight or quality control

Description of Work: An individual came to the house to give us an estimate for a fence. I was told that they would get me an estimate within 24-48 hours after leaving. We've never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house and garage, replaced broken windows, replaced aluminum siding with vinyl including window wraps, replaced guttering and downspouts. Roofing and guttering went well. Siding and window wraps went well with superior workmanship. Wrong windows were installed, but were corrected. Sales contact was very responsive. Would gladly use Richmond again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: Richmond Exteriors replaced old wooden soffits with ventilated vinyl, and installed six-inch gutters with screens. From estimate through one minor correction, this company and personnel were competent and professional. Estimate was lowest of three, considerably lower than one from national big box installers. Work was completed promptly and looks terrific. We highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: Richmond gutter did our original 6" gutter and did an ok job. I called to get an estimate to replace an 8' piece of gutterboard behind a gutter. They estimated $350 to replace the gutter and downspout and gutterboard. When the work was done no new gutter or downspout was installed only the gutterboard and an aluminum backing were installed. When I called to complain about the $350 Diane said it was the charge to come out even though there was no new gutter installed. The workmen left rotted pieces of wood on the ground and peeled paint off the exposed rafter tails. Sloppy work and the workmen just showed up one day without an appointment. I would not do business with this company again

Description of Work: The awnings are beautiful. One was not measured correctly and the posts ended up on my porch rather than in front of the porch into the ground. The awning leaked back behind the brackets so every time it rained the house and entryway were wet. I requested someone come out to fix this problem and to have a gutter replaced. I was told someone would come out. Nobody came. Not until I drove 10 miles to the company to complain did someone finally come.....But he did not complete the project. So.... After several more calls the problems were solved. Too much of my time was spent trying to get them to do their job.

Description of Work: I wanted an assessment of my roof's shape (I was concerned about possible hail damage). Mark Richmond gave me an honest and fair evaluation: my roof did not need repair. He and his company deserve kudos since he/they don't get any work from me (even though a "little white lie" would have led to a different result) and Mark had to drive across town to give me a FREE estimate (and gas and time cost money). Cool.
