Description of Work: I thought $251 to clean a basement carpet and stairs was a bit expensive. The carpet was under 3" of water due to pump failure. I removed the water, used professional dryers and dehumidifiers to remove dampness and any slight odor such that when they arrived the carpet was dry and in good shape. I had a carpet company install new padding and install the carpet over so all they had to do is "Clean" what already looked fine. I did not expect a bill for $251. There must be something about carpet cleaning that I don't understand.

Description of Work: CLEANED CARPET, AREA RUGS AND UPHOLSTERY. WE ALSO USED THEM TO CLEAN HARD WOOD FLOORS. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE, SCHEDULED WORK PROMPTLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
