Did an excellent job. Punctual. Friendly. They got out an old stain that I thought would never come out!

I didn't want to get into what they suggested. They were professional and courteous. They suggested a local person to patch work and I used them.

The scheduling was super easy - Holly was so nice to talk to, and she scheduled it around my schedule. I wasn't even home when they came - my neighbor let them in. They use green products, and my carpet looked brand new when I got home! I was thrilled!!! And, they use a dry method, so it was dry as well. Great job!!

I had a heart attack and a double bypass in November. After that I thought I needed to put the grabber bars. In addition to cleaning, the company is into general construction. I have a sun room and I am going to have them clean the furniture out there and do the carpeting for the house. I will wait till I quit using the fireplace which will probably be in April or May. They use a product that is dry and immediately usable and I like that. I had always been very happy with another company when it came to cleaning my upholstery. I just wanted to try someone else. I have a white couch and a white love seat. With the gas it always gets yellowed so I have it cleaned every spring. I always have it scotchguarded as well. Renew's charges were $80 for the carpeting and the upholstery. The other company's charges were $125 just for the carpeting. It would have been another $125.00 for the furniture. I also liked the idea what Renew said about their products being eco friendly. They were punctual. Actually, they were 5 minutes early. The guy called me and told me he was out here and asked me if I was available. I would rather they be early than late. They were very professional. I feel stupid, but I am 73 years old and I have had a problem and I live alone. So I think it is a good idea to have the grabber bars in the shower.

They were careful and very neat. They did a good job. They are going to come back and do the other bathrooms.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I chose ReNew because after receiving other estimates, this company had the lower price. Due to a pipe leak I previously had, I needed drywall and flooring repairs because the leak was underneath my concrete slab. Anytime I need any type of reformation done to my house, I get nervous. I had gotten so use to the design I already had, I was afraid any new changes wasn?t going to look as nice. Pete came by with several floor designs for me to choose from, After a little contemplation, I was pleased with the design I chose. We later set up an appointment and his workers came in and meticulously removed my old vinyl floor before putting down the new vinyl floor. Everything was so thoroughly done and I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of their work. I can honestly say my floors look so much better than before. Due to the pipe leak, water damage was caused to some of my carpeting. This company cleaned my carpet throughout my whole house. One extra room that wasn?t affected by the pipe leak, but was dirty; they were nice enough to clean at no extra charge. Whatever the product was they used to clean my carpet, it did a fantastic job. I loved the fact that the carpet was immediately dry, I could walk on the carpet as soon as the worker was finished. This renovation went so smoothly and stress free, I would definitely use this company again if any future remodeling is needed.

The team came out and cleaned our carpet. Some of the spots didn't come out entirely, so we didn't pay the entire amount. We called their office and and described our concern. They said that they will come out and make sure that the carpet is cleaned to our satisfaction. They came and cleaned the spots that didn't go away when the first team was here, to our full satisfaction. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism, and would use them again.

I already had the tile, but Renew supplied all the other materials required. The three-man crew worked very fast and was extremely professional. They came back the following Sunday to finish the grout. The outcome was great. I didn't see any problems with the tile layout or the grout. The only problem was the bedroom carpet next to the bathroom was not tacked back down when they were complete. When Pete came to the house to inspect the work, I pointed this out as my only concern and he said he'd have the carpet crew come by and fix it. I didn't receive any phone calls for a couple days, so I called Pete. I was told that the carpet crew was supposed to call me, but he would contact them right away and call me after. I didn't receive a phone call, so called again later in the day and left a message. That was yesterday at approximately 3:40pm and I still have not received a return phone call and my carpet still isn't fixed. The unresponsiveness is my only problem with this company.

This company is wonderful! In May, I purchased carpeting from a regular carpet company for my second bedroom. However, a friend of mine recommended ReNew when I was ready to purchase carpeting for my second bedroom in June. I purchased a better grade and twice the amount of carpeting for about $300 less. I worked with Pete to select and schedule the installation of the carpeting. I would rate this company an A+ for quality, service and cost. I liked ReNew so much that on July 7 I purchased carpeting for the rest of my home this month.

I would highly recommend this company. They not only do a great job, but their customer service is outstanding. Jason came out the day after our call to provide us with a quote, and the service was set up for just a few days later. He could not have been nicer. Roberto stretched the carpeting and he did a really good job. Paul was meticulous when it came to cleaning the carpets; I have never seen anyone more thorough. After he was done, he even vacuumed our hardwood floors...I was very impressed. Jason was here with his crew first thing in the morning to make sure everyone knew what needed to be done and he called within 1/2 an hour of everyone leaving to make sure we were satisfied. I will absolutely use their services again.

Renew was FANTASTIC and a life saver. They were very responsive and professional when I called them at 5 a.m. after battling a flooded basement all night. They were very supportive and offered reassurance during a difficult time. They responded within hours that morning to remove the carpet and begin the drying process. Renew maintained contact throughout the entire process by giving me updates and what to expect. They were timely and accurate in their estimates for time to completion and in cost. Unfortunately, my basement flooded twice within 3 weeks. The second flood occurred 5 hours before my flight left for my family's summer vacation. I left town and called Renew from another state about my 2nd flooded basement and me not being in town. They told me not to worry and enjoy my vacation and they would make sure my basement suffered no further damage. By the time I got back home, they had the basement cleaned up and taken care of. The thing I was most impressed by was the fact when they arrived at my home the first time, the owner and operations manager both came by and they both were present at the final walk through. Very professional!

They had to gut the entire basement. They made it look better than it was before.

Overall, excellent and I recommend them to everyone. Before you think about getting new carpet, try using Tony and his crew first. Your carpets may look so good you won't need new carpet.

They were a good vendor. They did a good job in that we used them after the first big storm that hit Indianapolis. It was four days of no electricity. They were able to juggle obviously everybody that they needed to assist, and they did a good job of juggling their accounts I thought. They had probably 30 jobs in progress and everybody demanding immediate service.

They provided excellent communication with me. They were always quick to return my calls and provide information to me about the work that was scheduled and when I should expect to have work completed. The owner of the company personally visited my house twice to make sure that the workmanship was completed to his expectations. I am happy to refer this company to other Angie's List members.

Renew services did a great job. Did "spot cleaning" for us too in a few areas. I feel like I got an awesome deal it was no problem getting my Angie's List discount. I was not sure how my carpet was going to look after I hired a carpet cleaner, but it turned out great. They showed up exactly on time. They moved the furniture and put it back in the right places.

I had a party planned for Friday the thirteenth and a week before my basement flooded. They came out and got the water cleaned up before my party in a quick timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tony and three other service technicians were on-site within a short period of time. Very professional and detail oriented. They guided us through what we needed to do. Given the stress involved with a flooded basement, they made us calmer knowing that things were getting taken care of properly and in a timely fashion. Luckily we had minimal damage.

They were quick and efficient. I was extremely pleased with how clean our rugs were, and I will definitely use them again.

Tony returned our call and provided an estimate over the phone. He sent two guys to clean the carpet within two days, and they were here for one and a half hours. They were courteous, efficient and professional. The non-toxic, dry application, price and excellent customer service were the driving factors in us choosing Renew. I have already recommended them to several friends.
