We utilized ReNew for repair/cleaning of several floor surfaces in our home. Their dry-method carpet cleaning did an exceptional job of removing long-set stains from our toddlers and elderly dogs. Because of the pet dander in our home, traditional steam cleaning methods tend to leave an odor as the water dries; with the ReNew process, there was never any odor (other than the complete absence of them, which was remarkable in and of itself!). Additionally, the dry process prevented the eventual re-wicking of the stain to the surface that we usually experienced with steam cleaning. They also stretched the carpet to remove wrinkles. We also had them clean the tile and repair the grout in our master bathroom -- it looked brand new following their visit. The staff was courteous, professional, and prompt in every possible way. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future based on our extremely positive experience.

Their quote was about $3000 lower than the other people. We had two other estimates so we are kind off wondering what they were missing that the other ones weren't. They responded very quickly and they were right on time.

The experience was fine. They seemed knowledgeable and they were fine. I didn't go with them but they seemed okay. They came out relatively quickly. I just found something better.

Our sump pump stopped working due to power outage. All carpet and pad needed to be removed, 2 feet of drywall and all foot boards were damaged and needed to be replaced. They dried everything out professionally, treated for any mold and the like, replaced the drywall, foot boards, doors, carpet, carpet pad, painted the walls and ceiling twice and left the space sparkling. Communication was easy, professional and efficient, they took over communication with our insurance and made it as smooth of a process as possible. Prices were fabulous and choices were plenty. I strongly recommend this company and will use them in a heartbeat if we ever need this services again.

It was a positive experience with him. His price was high and that's why I haven't used him again. He was here on time. He was clean. He didn't leave any mess. He came when said he was going to be here which usually doesn't happen. I would use him but not for the bedroom and the bathroom but may be for a family room which will look more grand.

The amount we spent was partly covered by insurance. The price was the best part. The nicest thing about them is that, they deal very well with the insurance company. So we don’t have to deal with the insurance company very much. They did a good job. They were very responsive. We’ve used them a couple of times now and we will use their services again in the future.

I wouldn’t trust this company to wash my vehicle. They were terrible with me. Instead of being honest with me, he would come up with stupid excuses to cover the fact that he was refusing to do the job. He was unprofessional with me. If he had simply said that they were not able to do the job and that the person on the phone, who took my information, had made mistakes, I would not have these feelings about this company.

I knew I would like this company when they arrived exactly on time!!!!! Wow, not many companies can claim that accomplishment. We have 2 dogs, 4 grandchildren who like to walk onto the carpets before removing their shoes, guests who spill every liquid imaginable. The traffic patterns on the carpets are hard to keep up with. But Renew's dry application truly made these carpets look new. Even stains that other carpet cleaners have been unsuccessful in removing came out. And the best thing is that when they leave, the carpets are dry and don't require 24+ hours before you can place your furniture back in place. I highly recommend Renew to others; while they were a bit more than other carpet cleaning services, it is well worth the few extra dollars spent to have all my stains gone and no wet carpets to deal with.

There was a little bit of a punctuality problem. Otherwise, they were pretty good.

The whole process went very well overall. Paul came out in response to my call, gave me an estimate and scheduled the visit. The team arrived on time, moved furniture, cleaned the carpet and re-placed the furniture where it should be. The carpet was dry almost immediately, which helped them in their furniture moving and replacing. They spot-treated prior to the cleaning process to remove pet stains as well as some other spots that seemed to appear from nowhere. There were no chemical smells, and even spots that had been re-appearing prior to Re New's cleaning are now gone! We had a Karastan area rug that needed repair and cleaning, which they took with them, arranged for repair and then cleaned and delivered back to me, putting it back in the room. This service cost only $115 in addition to the carpet cleaning. We are very happy with the result, the carpets still look brand new a month later. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you ReNew!

RENEW came to my home and examined the area of the garage wall where water was leaking. They gave me their best judgment about what it would take to prevent further leaks and set a date and time for the repair. They placed a heater in the garage to dry out the water and returned to complete the repair on June 30th. The 2 gentlemen that did the repair were very professional and took the time to explain to me the steps they were taking and the materials they were using to prevent any further problems. This was a small job but they gave it their total commitment just as they would to a more extensive job. I truly appreciate the help RENEW gave me and I would recommend them and call them again if I had another problem in the future.

They were very nice. I haven’t purchased anything yet, but I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their customer service. They do a variety of things. I was looking at the flooring part of the company. They do water restoration services and things like that. Their explanation was simple and concise. They had suggestions about what might work for my situation because I'm probably going to sell the house in 4 or 5 years. They took their time when they came out to look at everything thoroughly. I would consider using them in the future.

Overall it went well. We used some other contractors to do the other stuff.

This is very disappointing, because we have had great experiences with ReNew in the past. Last week with all the rain, we had water in our basement. We called ReNew on Monday; they were too busy but said someone would come by on Tuesday. They called Tuesday afternoon and said they weren't going to make it. They called Wednesday morning and said someone would be in our area later in the day. No one ever called or showed up. Thursday they called and said someone would call later and come by. No one ever called back or showed up. Friday, we called them; they said someone would call us back. No one ever did. At that point, we found another company to help us. In their defense, they asked if it was an emergency, and we said it was not. They also informed us that we should consider another company if we wanted to get someone out there more quickly, since they were swamped. (We chose not to at the time, since they indicated that they would be able to come out in the next couple of days.) They have since called twice to apologize, and offered to make up for this issue. However, it is clear that despite the busy-ness of that week, our call somehow feel through the cracks. Our complaint is not that they weren't able to help us, but that there was more than more occasion where they said they would call or show up, but did not.

They were excellent. They were very swift to get out here, and very prompt in getting the estimate to me. They have called to check on me, but I have never felt like I was being coerced to use them.

They were very nice, cordial, polite, and helpful. We will consider using them if we need them.

A couple of long dusty days, but worth it.

They use a dry chemical and within a hour it is almost dry. It is a lot more expensive, but it is worth it. We have a couple of dogs and live in a wooden lot.

It was a very smooth experience, every one we dealt with was professional and helpful. The end product was great.

Overall, very good experience. There was one incident when I was not kept 'in the loop' as much, but they fixed that after I complained. The guys that they send over to do the flooring are VERY detail orientated, and extremely nice. I'm very happy with the end result.

I schedule the appointment with Holly, they came out a week later. They sent two technicians out, they were very nice and did a good job of explaining the Cleaning Process. My carpets looked great, they restored an area that was flooded by a fish tank and made that carpet look new as well. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. The best part was the dry cleaning process, I did not have to wait to move my furniture back. Great Job!

Very well. I just don't want to EVER go through this again, but they made it bearable.

It went very well. The technician was very friendly and on time. He told me what could and could not be done based on the type of fabric on the respective couches. The results were great! We had to wait a bit on the micro-fiber couches to see the difference, but after about an hour it was very clear that they had done an excellent job. We will be hiring them again!
