ReNew did a fabulous job on our restoration! I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they arrived by 8:15. Once they assessed the level of damage, they had people out to restore by 9:30. They tore out carpet and started fans right away. They arranged to have our pool table taken down. We were able to get nicer carpet for same price because they have their own carpet showroom (eliminates the middle man). The flood was a result of a plumbing error, so ReNew worked directly with the plumber for payment (they admitted the error and agreed to pay for damages). ReNew kept us updated on status of carpet, when they could install, etc. It was a great experience.

We live in old house with concrete blocks linning basement . They also installed a sump pump to let any moisture that accumulates to run outside. We did call them back when spots reappeared and they came out immediately. Am waiting for spring thaw to see if more spots appear. We are pleased with their service. Recommended to neighbor.

Chris came out as soon as possible. He was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to quote the job and do the work at the quoted price. He was an extremely nice guy and knowledgeable about the work. Chris explained everything to me and completed the job seamlessly. He must be a huge asset to this company. I will look to hire him again if I have any roofing needs in the future.

We contacted Renew several times over several weeks to clean our carpets prior to listing our home. They told us several times they would provide an estimate but they never came and never called us back. After several weeks, we gave up and found another company who were very prompt. This was a terrible experience and really unusual for such a well-rated company. I would not use them again.

The young men were very polite, wore shoe coverings to protect the carpeting, did their job and gave clear recommendation.

It went great. They were prompt and explained how everything was going to proceed. I was in a rush since I needed to put my house up for sale and they came out the following week! They matched up the front half of my roof exactly. They kept the area clean and picked up their mess after they were finished. My house sold in two weeks! They followed up with me about a month after they completed the project to see how things were going. I would definitely recommend using these guys if you are in a pinch.

They were always on time. They communicated well. They were sensitive on moving things and putting things backed. The stains had all disappeared!

They are very professional and arrived for each appointment on time. Performed every job they promised. The office manager is very nice and email detail for each appointment. I will use them again in the future.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof. I loved that I did not feel pressured into anything and the customer service reps really made me feel like they were looking out for me. Renew Services showed up as promised promptly at 8:30 and started by unlading all of the supplies that were pre-ordered and the Foreman shared with me the item listing for my review and acceptance. They neatly un-loaded all of the material on a tarp in the driveway as the drive had recently been sealed. The crew took extra time in preparing the yard and flower beds for the tear-off that I was dreading as I am an avid gardener.... great care was taken to not disturb the many bushes and blooming flowers that are in their third year of growth. The tear off went extremely smoothly and all of the windows and doors were boarded and protected from falling debris. There were two layers of old roofing that were removed and the crew of 6 had it off in less than 2 hours. The debris was stored in a waiting dump truck that was in the back of the house as our driveway is in the rear of our lot. Renew Services promised to have the roof done in one day which I did not really believe could be done and braced for a two day event. There are many slopes and valleys in our roof and I figured they were being optimistic. But by 5:30 PM they were removing the boarded windows and doors and cleaning and raking the yard. They pointed out several areas during the job where they installed additional layers and coverage of ice shields in and around the valleys of the roof as well as colored flashing that matched the roof color around the chimney. A foreman was onsite the entire time and was easy to approach with questions and any concerns. By 6:45 the entire mess was loaded and the truck was gone leaving us with a brand new roof. Not one flower or bush was mangled or damaged. I cannot say enough about how well this job was done by Renew Services group and several neighbors stopped by to admire the finished product. These guys are professional, courteous and stand by their promises. The price was a mid-point between two other bids that we received and i could not be happier with the entire experience.

Fantastic experience with a beautiful outcome! I received a quality roof and exceptional service which went beyond my expectations and surpassed any prior home improvement experience I have ever received.. From the start, I was not confronted with high pressure sales. The salesman listened to me and really took the time to find the right product for my needs. They were very accommodating with scheduling and most expedient without sacrificing quality. The clean up was amazing. Not only did they remove every nail and piece of debris, but made certain that my neighbor's yard was left unaffected by their work. My yard was actually cleaner when they left than before they arrived. The spring weather has brought the usual high winds, storms and heavy downpours. My roof.is airtight and my house looks great. I highly recommend this company.

They were very good, they stuck to the job, and they had done a good job. We haven't had any problems with it since it was installed. For price, they were comparable because we had 3 estimates.

We were extremely pleased with the services performed by this team. The guys were very quick to respond to our calls and went above and beyond to help preserve as much of our basement as possible. They carried furniture upstairs, helped us shop vac to keep the water away from our built in bar and worked long hours in the days before Christmas to ensure we could enjoy the holiday without worry. When it was time to put the basement back together they were able to find the exact carpet we had previously and install it quickly. The team from ReNew Services were so easy to work with and they honestly cared about helping us get things back to normal. They explained things very clearly every step of the way and worked seamlessly with our home owners insurance. We will recommend this company to all of our friends in the future. Hopefully we will not have any more flooding at our house but if we do we will not hesitate to call ReNew.

Renew Services rescued us after our sump failed and our basement flooded. Their crew was clean cut and professional. Their staff was knowledgeable and facilitated the project beginning to end. I felt we were in good hands. They brought in all the equipment needed as well as the skill needed to put as back to as if the flooding never happened. I was very impressed with their response time and the tight schedule they kept for the whole project. We did not have insurance coverage, but I still found their rates very competitive and would highly recommend them.

The process went fine. We had to move all of our belongings to the center of the basement rooms so they had access to the walls. The buyers accepted the remediation which was the most important part of all of this.

Greg was prompt in communicating throughout the process from estimate to completion. The quote provided was low compared to other contractors and application of Angie's list coupon's made the price even less. While we were happy with the price, the professionalism and quality of the work done impressed us most. Every evening I would come home to a very clean kitchen. I saw evidence of the work in process, but that is all. They kept the cold water hooked up, to help us function while the work was in progress. We didn't expect that, but were pleased to have some use of the kitchen. In three days the damaged areas of the cabinet were removed and replaced and the mold remediated. I would definitely recommend Renew to others, and will call them again for other construction services.

I called Renew (we had used them in the past to refinish a basement that had flooded). Within a week they had guys on site at our rental property working on making the necessary improvements. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We visited ReNew's flooring showroom at their offices. We had been to all the big box retailers previously looking at carpet selections several times. We were blown away with the selection ReNew had to offer considering they aren't just a flooring company. They had several different styles and colors to choose from. One thing we were impressed with right away was the quality of product they offered. The big box chains can sell some really poor quality stuff that is cheap in price and looking. ReNew overall had a nice range of quality materials, and did not even have a bottom shelf option that we noticed. Once we booked the job, the installation process was a real breeze. They kept us informed the entire time on how long it would be for materials to come in, etc. The man who did the installation was extremely polite, on time, and did a fantastic job. There is really nothing that could have been better with the finished project or the price. We paid a lot less than we would have at another place and received a better quality product as well. HIGHLY recommend if you ever need new flooring to check out ReNew Services!

What a great experience. I called them and within 1 hour they were at my house pumping out water and taking out carpet, thus preventing further damage. The carpet was completely ruined and they explained why (which I later confirmed with the insurance company and the carpet installation foreman). Their equipment worked very well and within 1 week our basement was back to normal with the carpet being the only major casualty. Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do, they will definitely get my business.

Problems caused by a former owner were found after the walls were taken out, which required a change of plans. No one could have planned for this (ReNew or me). Overall, perhaps the job was average, but I don't expect to have a remodel done and then still have details that I have to finish, such as not installing a new register over the vent, properly gluing in the marble windowsill, plumbing the tub correctly, etc. My main issues are that ReNew subcontracted the work when their listing said they would not subcontract. I currently have two plumbers in my house, from another company, fixing what the subcontractor did incorrectly. Because of a conflict with the subcontractor, I did not want him to come back and fix his subpar work.

They beat the price of anywhere else I checked, and were professional and helpful. When I made my final decision they were prompt in moving forward. The installation guys were extremely professional and detailed, and even offered to come back and finish the edge of the carpet bumping up to a room that was not yet complete due to requiring different flooring. I will absolutely make them my first stop next time I'm looking for carpet since I wasted so much time looking around. I was very pleased with my experience with Renew.
