Description of Work: Overall the job was fine but it started rough. My job was a small one which immediately made the estimate guy less than enthused. Confirmation call the day before confirmed the appt at 8am, they arrived at 10:30. I took the day off work and the whole job took about 2hours, but I was told it told it would take half a day. The crew that did the work included the guy who wrote the estimate and a new painter who had never done that kind of work before, again showing a lack of importance in me and my small job. Both said they normally don't do that work, and the quality of finished work showed that to be true. Honest work and fair price but customer service is lacking.

Description of Work: Installed flooring and new exterior door with frame, repaired water damaged ceiling. Work took longer than expected but all work was completed satisfactorily.

Description of Work: From the first phone call Renew Roofing has been so professional and helpful. I had received mis-information from a secondary insurance agent and I didn't think I had an insurance claim for my roof but the owner of Renew Roofing Tony encouraged me to double check with my insurance company. As a result of my conversation with him I called my insurance company directly who was able to inspect the roof damage and it was indeed Hail damage. Since that time I have worked with Chris Baughman who is so professional (with me, my insurance company AND my tenants) and he is the first true professional (regarding my investment properties)that I have worked with in awhile. He has been a much needed breath of fresh air, especially since I live out of state!! They have replaced my roof swiftly and beautifully and they are VERY Honest, reasonable, professional and RESOURCEFUL to work with! THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO! Subsequently I have another house that needs roof repairs and Chris Baughman has been all over it. When the roof started leaking after a recent storm, he didn't hesitate to get over to my property and put some temporary felt over the leaking areas. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Chris Baughman and everyone at Renew Roofing. It is a very reliable company and I highly recommend them for any roof job that you have. The total price is for Roof, gutters, and interior repairs related to the roof damage (I paid my insurance out of pocket deductible and they matched the insurance quote).

Description of Work: I called ReNew Services to remove some mold from the underside of the eaves of my roof. Their operations manager came out promptly and looked at my problem. He said he would bring his painter out in a few days to get me an estimate of costs. It has been at least a month and despite calling the company twice I have had no response from them. They seemed to be very competent but are evidently not interested in providing services to me or explaining why they cannot do so.

Description of Work: My basement was flooded. I called the office, and the same day they were out had the carpet removed, and drying out in the same day. They went above and beyond to help with mold remediation too.

Description of Work: .They cleaned out the craw space. They put a real thick plastic membrane down. 60mil. I thick membrane. They changed a area where water was running into the crawl space so it does not leak anymore. They replaced a door to the crawl space.

Description of Work: We had water damage in our basement and Renew showed up the same day, removed the damaged materials, handled the mediation and filed the insurance claim for us. They were great. We did order new carpet and had it installed. My only complaint would be that it took several weeks to get the carpet in.

Description of Work: Tony's crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I have been using him for years and love the way my carpets look after they have been out to clean them. It looks like I had brand new carpet installed. Thanks Tony and crew for doing such a great job!!!!!!

Description of Work: After our basement flooded, I called ReNew Services based on positive comments in Angie"s List. I was not disappointed. Tony (owner) came by, after normal business hours (within an hour of my initial call), and had a plumber at our house within an hour to install a new sump pump to begin the dry-out process. The next morning a crew was there to a**** the damage. The had to remove the carpet, baseboards and drywall to remove soaked insulation. They set up air movers and a dehumidifier. After the basement was dry, they gave me a quote for the reconstruction. They have carpet and other flooring samples in their show room to choose from. Reconstruction went very smooth . All of the workers were very polite and kept the basement and the rest of the house clean as they worked. I felt comfortable being at work while they were at the house. They worked around our timetable and were patient we made paint and carpet replacement decisions. Pete came out repeatedly to check the progress and to make sure we were happy with the end result.

Description of Work: RENEW DOES THE HOST METHOD OF CARPET CLEANING. THEY SPRAY AND VACUUM, THEN PUT ORANGE SPONGY CRUMBLY MATERIAL ON TOP OF CARPET TO SOAK OUT DIRT, THEN A MACHINE VACUUMS IT UP.

Description of Work: REMOVED OLD BUILT-UP DIRT AND WAX FROM SLATE FLOOR. THIS JOB TOOK 2 MEN ABOUT 4 HOURS AND REQUIRED BEING ON THEIR KNEES MOST OF THE TIME CLEANING BY HAND. AFTER STRIPING THE FLOOR, THEY SEALED IT WITH 2 COATS.

Description of Work: CLEANED, WAXED AND POLISHED WOOD FLOORS THROUGHOUT HOUSE. FLOORS IN OLDER HOME WERE IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY. THERE WERE SOME DISCOLORED AREAS THAT WERE BLENDED TO MATCH. COST APPROXIMATELY $1.25 PER SQUARE FOOT. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULED THE WORK PROMPTLY TO MEET OUR SCHEDULE. THEY WORKED CAREFULLY AND CLEANLY.
