We hired Renew Property Solutions to pour a concrete patio and steps. Chris was excellent with communicating and keeping me up to date on the project. His team did a wonderful job and were conscious of not tearing up the yard which we really appreciated! The patio is perfect.

We hired Renew Property Solutions to work on our stamped concrete patio. The entire process was very smooth. Chris is very timely on his communications and follow-ups. He ensured that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I asked A LOT of questions! His crew is amazing. They certainly take pride in their work and their attention to details is noteworthy. They showed up on time, did exactly what was promised, took extra steps to minimize damage to lawn. BONUS - they also covered the sides with topsoil! The final product looks amazing! I will definitely hire them again.

From the beginning working with them was great. Communicated well, punctual, professional and polite. Worked around our schedule and was able to book the pour within weeks. We had a 480 square foot patio poured and a 2 foot driveway extension for a very reasonable price. They were the least expensive of all the quotes and still had the best customer service. 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs or wants concrete work done.

Chris made this project sooo simple and the end product is perfect. The guys working were polite and very accommodating.

Renew Property Solutions gave my home a whole new look! There was years of mossy build up on my siding and dark stains on my drive way. 110% satisfied! I was searching for a company that was reasonable priced as well as insured/bonded business. I really hit the jackpot with Renew Property Solutions. Estimate was done quickly after I called inquiring about power washing my 2story home/sidewalks/driveway. I was on the schedule quickly and they made my weird schedule work. Professional & very nice. Business was straight forward and to the point. My house is 20yrs old and getting it cleaned today looks better than when I bought it. I didn t realize how dirty my sidewalks and driveway were until they were cleaned. Corey was early to the job, got things done and was very careful with my garden. Outstanding service and will hire again!!

Corey of Renew was very professional and pleasant. He explained clearly what he would do to remove substantial green mold on Northside dormer and how he would protect our plants. He was extremely careful with our plants. The mold is gone. The entire house, garage and trim now gleaming. We highly recommend his services.

Went thru home advisor. Followed up with me after I made an appt thru home advisor and was able to come out a day earlier than what i originally scheduled... got a few estimates and he went above and beyond with his estimate for jobs being complete. Even the time frame was way quicker than expected. I was expecting at least a week wait before getting work done... done 3 days later after quote. Corey was on time and was very careful (and mindful) of a little robin s nest in a tree next to my house (there was no way he could have avoided this nest!) my house, drive way sidewalk and porch looks brand new!!! Very professional and friendly. Thank you Corey!!!
