Renew Property Solutions was a great company to work with for my back patio and front porch step repair. Chris was quick to respond and provide a competitive estimate. The job was scheduled in a timely manner and the crew that showed up was top notch. Very professional and cleaned up their mess. Very happy with the experience and service provided!

They were great and on time. They did a great job.

We did not have a complete driveway installed, but rather a leveling of the apron leading into the driveway, so that cars would not scrape as they pulled in and backed out. This is working out exactly as promised.

From start to finish, they were amazing. The owner Chris worked great with us with what we wanted. The crew, came in, prepared everything, and then poured the concrete and finish the job in no time at all. It lol oks beautiful! Would highly recommend and use again

They were clearly a well-trained crew who took great care to minimize any damage to the lawn from transporting removed pavers and concrete and placing the new concrete in our back yard. The whole process was the easiest of any experience we have had with hiring for a project or repair. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a concrete project. If they do driveways and sidewalks I will be calling them when it is time for those replacements as well. There is a reason they have 5-stars with Angiâ s list.

We had previous project with Chris, including several piers for a Gazebo/Terrace project. The leveling was on point (for easy next project steps). Chris and his team were very responsive to our needs. Second project was a concrete platform with piers for a second gazebo. The concrete design was beautiful!

I hired Renew for a stamped concrete patio and firepit install, after 8 quotes I decided on them and we couldnâ t be happier with the decision. Overall the price point was one I felt comfortable with and they were transparent about start times and delays with concrete. Even then, they were able to get the project started and finished much faster than I anticipated. Theyâ re a professional company with a group of talented people and itâ s obvious they care about the finished product. They were able to run with our initial idea and improve it to work with the elevation changes on our property. Our family is looking forward to many days and nights enjoying our new, beautiful space.

We have never experienced such a high quality product and service as we have from Renew Property Solutions, Indianapolis, IN. Concrete is basically not available in 2022 for residential projects. Chris Wagner and his team went over and above with their phenomenal customer service. Chris guaranteed delivery of concrete for our residential project in a two-week timespan when the dozen other concrete companies we contacted could not take us on as clients. Chris was thinking outside of the box when he ordered two additional cubic yards of concrete for a Westfield, IN project. Upon completion of that job they trailered the two additional cubic yards of wet concrete to Eagle Creek and used pick axes and water to rewet the concrete so it could be poured for our patio project. This team of Pasquale, Stanley and Jesus worked to build the framing on Memorial Day! They then poured the concrete the following week. If this is not the absolute best example of the highest customer service in the concrete industry, I donâ t know what is. We were so impressed with the process that Renew Property Solutions brought to the table that we had a barbecue for the team upon completion of the job. This one job that had started in April had been holding up completion of our project for two months. There is no doubt that the projects that Renew Property Solutions undertakes is done with the fastest response time, highest quality products, incredible communication skills and skillset second to none.

They where upfront and honest. I had some damage on one panel of my driveway, with small cracks and damage on other panels. I called to have the one large panel replaced. Chris from RENEW told me there would be a minimum of 4 yards of concrete for the price of $$$. I showed him 5 more projects on my driveway that would use up the whole 4 yards of concrete. Then I asked him how much was the project and he told me it was the same amount of money. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a company that would do more work at the same price. They did the job in one day, they had to saw out some small cracks and work around flower gardens. It looks great nice job

Always returned calls and addressed all questions. Excellent job. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Absolutely ð ¯. Ground was wet so they used wheel barrow instead of buggy.
