Brought my mothers ring in for sizing. Work only took a week and the rings fits great. Very nice and polite sales rep.

I took my watch to them for a new battery and they tested the seals and cleaned it without me having to ask for the service.

This was a positive experience. When we initially took the watchband in to be looked at, we were hoping that it could be fixed right then and there. As it turned out, a part had to be ordered. They let us know that the part would take about 3 weeks to get in and that they would call us when the watch was ready. It was right around 3 weeks when they called back to say the watch was ready to be picked up. The watchband has been working like new since its repair. The store personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the type of repair needed. They were also right on the money as to when the watchband would be ready for pick up. We'll definitely use this jeweler again.

I did not buy the watch there, and they did the service for free. I was willing to pay and expected too as well. This is a service they provide, I think it is very nice and good marketing. I guess you have to get someone in the door in order for them to buy anything.

The service professional was extremely professional and helpful. Both of my watches were repaired on site and at no cost. I now know why people praise Reis-Nichols for such exceptional service.

I was very much afraid when I went in there because I thought I was going to have to end up spending a lot for something that he would probably lose or bend while working. They actually never once tried to get me to buy platinum or spend money on something unnecessary which I thought was really nice. They were really more concerned that I was getting the ring we both wanted in our budget. I would highly recommend this company for their great selection and customer service.

Purchased wedding and engagement rings in 2004/2005. Brought them in to be sized in 2006. Since this was the first sizing there was no charge. Very happy with work performed - the rings look great and you would never know that they had been sized. Also very happy with the service. The rings were done early in time for a family event. Will definitely shop there and use them for repair services in the future.

THEY HAVE CONSISTENTLY DONE A GOOD JOB WITH REPAIRING JEWELRY. HIGH QUALITY, BUT SOMEWHAT PRICEY.

TOOK IN A NICER WATCH THAT I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS AND HAD THEM CHANGE THE BATTERY. WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT (IT'S TYPICALLY $10 - $20), BUT ASKED FOR A DONATION THAT GOES TO A PARTICULAR CAUSE.

THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING PEOPLE AND PROVIDE FRIENDLY SERVICE. THEY KNOW THEIR MERCHANDISE BACKWARD AND FORWARD. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SALE. THEY SHOW YOU HOW TO WORK THE MERCHANDISE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ALMOST 25 YEARS.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS FOR REPAIRS AND PURCHASES. THEIR SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY HONEST.

I KNEW IT WOULDN'T FIT AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK. IT WAS A SIZE 7 AND WE NEEDED A SIZE 4. THAT IS TOO MUCH TO CUT DOWN SO THEY TOLD ME WE COULD EXCHANGE IT. WHEN MY GIRLFRIEND TOOK IT BACK A DIFFERENT SALES REP SAID THEY COULDN'T TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS A USED RING AND THIS WAS JUST A WEEK TO TEN DAYS LATER. I DID SPEAK TO THE ORIGINAL SALES REP AND I THINK HE IS GOING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION, BUT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS. THE SECOND SALES REP THAT WOULDN'T TAKE THE RING BACK WAS VERY POMPOUS AND NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH US.

MARK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE DIDN'T ARRIVE AT THE STORE UNTIL ALMOST CLOSING TIME AND HE STAYED TO HELP US AND NEVER MADE A COMMENT ABOUT THE STORE BEING CLOSED. HE STAYED AS LONG AS WE NEEDED.
