 + 0 moreMy home warranty company sent out Quality Control Plumbing after an epic failure by another company. The guys from Quality control were punctual, professional, and were able to quickly fix the problem with my water heater that the guy from the other company could not.

 + 4 moreEverything went great! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were clean and curtious. I have already used these guys on other jobs since this one and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I own a property management company that manages single family rental homes. A new tenant was having trouble with a couple of fixtures in a home that had been vacant for while. I also wanted to make changing the filter easy for the tenant. The way the furnace was installed made it difficult because they had to remove the cover on the furnace in order to access the filter. I wanted a filter rack installed that was easily accessible. Nick from Quality Control was able to provide me with a fair estimate and complete the work on the same visit. He replaced a garbage disposal, repaired 2 toilets, and was able to address the filter issue on the furnace.

 + 2 moreWe manage several rental properties and Nick Pappas is always professional, timely, and honest, and has great communication. We know that when we send him out to do a job, it will be done right and on time. One specific example was when we had a home that needed a new water heater. We had him, as well as several other companies, quote a new heater. He was the only one that was willing to go above and beyond (by disconnecting, and removing, then re installing) the washer and dryer) for free. The other companies were wanting to charge several hundred dollars just to do this. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for quality work at a fair price.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Had to disconnect and move washer and dryer. He did these services for free when we had another company go out and was going to charge us for them.

Description of Work: We have just begun to use Quality Control Plumbin heating and Air and have been very impressed with their service and professionalism. We are a property management company, so, we have tenants and owners we work with and need our vendors to be very professional in the service they provide, meaning we need them to show up when they say they will, be able to communicate with our tenants and sometimes even our owners and be able to handle any problem when it comes to plumbing and HVAC. Quality has not disappointed. When we turn over the service call to them, we know it will get done right. They have even handled a plumbing issue we have been unable to get fixed for about 5 years. They came in assessed the issue and had it fixed in a couple of days. We will definitely use them again.
