Description of Work: Purchased an Anige's list deal for a new alarm system. The deal was for $49 but we ended up being charged another $50 when they arrived for the service. We can't really complain, since that was still a great price. We already had a system so we just upgraded our panels and have it monitored through their company (which was part of the deal). Unfortunately they didn't have the right equiptment for exactly what we were looking for on thier first visit and had to make a second visit to actually install the new system. In all fairness, we have a large home with many window/doors/security sensors, so it was no surprise that they were not totally prepared for our specific job. Overall the work took about 3hrs to complete and the workers were very professional and got right to work. We are happy with our purchase and plan to continue using this company for our alarm monitoring services.
