ProTECHt Home Security

ProTecht Home Security was absolutely incredible. My wife and I have worked with a large number of service providers over the years and ProTecht is the best we have ever worked with on projects. Not only did ProTecht go above and beyond on our home, ProTecht went outside of their normal service zone to install a security system on a vacant house due to a death in our family. The ProTecht team could have easily declined this opportunity, but service is so important to them that they stepped up and made it happen. I wish there was a A+ grade for ProTecht!

They installed two new wall panels, two glass breaks, and fire alarm. Showed me how to use the internet and smart phone to my account. Very helpful and professional.

Theo went over and above getting the security system set up in our new construction home. There were complications from the pre-wiring that was done by another contractor, and wasn't compatible with the normal cameras ProTecht normally uses. Theo made at least 5 different trips to our house due to this. He came out the first time to setup the system without the cameras, since our cable/wifi wasn't yet fully complete. We wanted at least the basic security set up before moving in. He then made multiple trips after that, because new equipment had to be ordered, extra components needed to be hooked up for the alternate camera type, and yet another visit once we had the company that did the pre-wiring back out to troubleshoot the issue. Theo was always, prompt, polite and professional, despite the frustrations encountered. He commented that once he starts a job, he will do whatever it takes to get it completed, and he fully lived up to that. He also was very helpful showing us how to set up various options on the alarm.com website, and mobile app settings. The system is also very user friendly/easy to operate. Cannot say enough good things about the level of service we received, and would highly recommend to family and friends.

For 20.00 they installed a great security system. Their tech, Theo, was prompt, polite, and informative. He explained every thing he was doing and we tested to make sure it did what we wanted it to do. He even helped me set up the cell phone controls and explained how everything worked. It was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend this service and company.

When the guys came they were good. I don't like the service because whenever anything goes wrong you have to call them and you essentially have to fix it yourself and it's not that easy to do. Cost was good.

It went just fine. They came out less than three days after I called them. The people are very nice and very competent. Monitronics is a little messed up.

It turned out excellent. Initially 400 dollars. 50 dollars to restart in another house. They monitor through Monitronix. The staff was excellent. If I have issues he is all over it.

The installed cameras and the whole security system, the windows and all that. It went really, really good. The technicians that came out were really good at explaining what is good and what's not. We didn't get a sales pitch.

It went pretty good. He didn't know all the ways to operate the system but overall price I'm pretty happy with that I need to have.

We're very happy with the security system. They were very professional. They answered all my questions well. I think they did a good job installing the system and explaining how it works. They did not fall short at all, in fact the came out twice. The first time, they're going to have it installed and when they explained how they were going to do it, my wife said I just don't know if we need this, lets not do this. I told them to hang on to what information we had given them. I called them back and they were very gracious about that.

They did a good job. Something went wrong with the system like a month later and figured out they would charge me but the didn't do.

We are very pleased. They are very professional, they know what they are doing, they got in, and did everything. They recommended stuff that definitely needed to be addressed and took care of me. We had a snowstorm and they even made it on time through that.

When we recently moved, the townhouse had an existing wired security system. Protecht came out and installed a wireless system. The cost shown above is for activation and first month monitoring. Ken was able to use the existing wiring for the keypad and then installed glass breaks and door sensors. I love our new system! Easy to use and the customer service was great. When I had questions and sent an email, they responded within minutes.

Theo came out and installed a security system in our new home. He was able to use some of the existing equipment that was already installed. I did not like only having one keypad by the backdoor so asked if he could add one by the front door. He was able to provide us with a portable one and keep the existing one at the backdoor. It works great and he did not have to drill any new holes! Highly recommend them and they were very professional.

Installer did a great job. We had one minor issue with the programming, but a simple phone call and it was fixed.
